Streamlining cutomer operations and interactions is the best part of Salesfix.
Provided useful insights on customer behaviours and helps us to device strategy for future growth.

**What do you dislike about SalesFix*?**

The consulting part and onboarding clients was a bit slow. But end to end solution oversmarts the consulting service. The technology used is praoactive in nature, it could also be reactive.

**Recommendations to others considering SalesFix*:**

Salesfix is an ideal solution for buisness looking to streamline customer services.

**What problems is SalesFix* solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Complete integration of Sales tasks and helps sales manager in effecitve job flow. 
Provides opportunity for sales team to integrate and record all tasks in one place.
