SalesDrive has identified and defined the key dimensions critical to success in a sales role. The data generated can be used to validate information generated during the interview process, identify areas that need to be explored further, and offer suggestions that will elevate the chances of success for a new hire. My favorites aspect of the tool are the questions (along with what to look for in answers) and the guidance re: interpreting the data.
