I dislike that SalesAR does not have a feature for tracking customer interactions, such as emails, calls, or meetings. Our managers arranged the calles for us without our involvments and they exceded our expectations in terms of the ammount of calls per month. Great results I must admit.

I assume it would be great if we could somehow automate the LinkedIn outreach because we cannot allow the mass LinkedIn outreach in Germany, it is not accepted by many companies.

I think you should go and try teir quarterly package immediately without a testing one because it is cheaper and you have more time to evaluate your real ICP.

This is my first lead gen company, so I don't have anything to compare them to but I love how organized and professional they are. At the end of the day, I am measuring them based on the number of sales calls that they book for me and the quality of those leads. The main task for SalesAR was to get in touch with business owners and marketing directors of big manufacturing companies and offer services of brand development and upgrade.

**What do you like best about SalesAR?**

They are experts in our industry, which made it easier to entrust them with all the processes. Also, they pay attention to the details, and they’re super flexible in cooperation.

**What do you dislike about SalesAR?**

Everything  is  great,  we enjoy it all.

**Recommendations to others considering SalesAR:**

SalesAR's team is active and flexible. We recommend SalesAR as a lead generation and sales partner.

**What problems is SalesAR solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Due to research issues, the project did not get off to a speedy start. Even though the number of emails at the start of the campaign was insignificant, we received a large number of positive responses. We had about 13 calls in the first three weeks of the mailing, although less than 1000 emails were sent. Despite the challenges and delays, the SalesAR team met and exceeded our objectives by scheduling over 70 calls for two months.

We began working with SalesAR in 2020 and first signed up for a one-month subscription, which was then extended for a quarter. Their committed team of specialists has been working on enhancing our project's performance and data. The account manager provides suggestions for enhancing performance even further, and once these were approved and implemented, the results were significantly better.

**What do you like best about SalesAR?**

They react and act fast. SalesAR was always coming up with fresh and innovative strategies to boost the effectiveness of our campaigns.

**What do you dislike about SalesAR?**

Everything is done to the greatest level.

**Recommendations to others considering SalesAR:**

SalesAR provided us with some excellent terms for our collaboration. They've stipulated the minimum number of guaranteed appointments in our Agreement for our safety.

We wanted to increase the number of target markets and increase the flow of qualified leads for our sales team.

We hired SalesAR to facilitate our expansion to the international market and find new partners for our media activities.

**What do you like best about SalesAR?**

Probably it is our communication. The SalesAR team provided ongoing updates to us daily via Telegram or email and weekly meetings on progress.

**What do you dislike about SalesAR?**

I can not think of anything at this time.

We went through the onboarding process with their team, and then they spent a few days preparing the leads and templates. Also, their anti-spam team purchased a new domain for us and set up the mailboxes. By the end of the first week, they send us everything for review. After we approved the templates and leads, they launched outreach campaigns. Then we had a call once per week where we discussed the booked calls, and the SDR worked with our feedback to improve the quality of upcoming booked calls.

Our goal was to generate qualified leads within the pharmaceutical industry, get in contact with these leads, and pitch our services to them. The main challenge was finding companies that would be interested in clinical research services. While there are many companies in the pharmaceutical industry, only a small percentage of them really need these services.

**What do you like best about SalesAR?**

SalesAR team is always responsive and never tells me it's out of scope. They always try to understand my feedback and adjust accordingly.

**What do you dislike about SalesAR?**

I'm more than satisfied with their quality of work and communication.

**Recommendations to others considering SalesAR:**

The main thing that I was most excited about was that they understood our ideal customer profile better than we did before. Amazing service!

**What problems is SalesAR solving and how is that benefiting you?**

SalesAR team promised us at least 20 face-to-face meetings with relevant decision-makers, and we’re close to 40 now.  The majority of these calls were with firms looking for clinical trial services. I know from personal experience that identifying appropriate firms and persuading key individuals to speak about prospective services is quite tough. This project has a high level of complexity. We offer niche services and work for big companies, so it’s not so simple to arrange these meetings. Our team received a lot of quality leads because of SalesAR. I'm in touch with a number of them right now, trying to build connections and get closer to signing contracts.
