Our sellers didn't have a structure to be able to hold our price before he came to our organization. Todd was able to give our sellers an easy to follow structure that allowed them to have an open conversation with prospects and customers where we don't "split the difference" but really get to the heart of what matters to both us and our customers. We loved him so much that we have brought him back on multiple occasions to help us with manager enablement, developing our corporate pitch, and general consulting with our team. We have seen huge improvements in each section that was validated by third party companies that surveyed our customers.
