system is intuitive, fairly easy to use, although, more complicated functions require more training. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

some of the filtering and reporting is cumbersome and requires more training.

also, in last few months, when I export excel documents, the content of file is not allowed and file opens up blank. then, I have to reopen in order to see content. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
