Customer support is highly responsive, and the partnership with Saleo has been excellent. I appreciate how simple it is to create and enhance tours, as well as the option to link different tours together. This makes it easy to connect customer-specific and standard content using and sending out a single link. **What do you dislike about Saleo?** Since Saleo consistently delivers exactly what I need, I find it difficult to point out anything I dislike. With new features being released regularly, each one immediately accessible and centered on what truly matters, I am always eager to see what will be introduced next. I look forward to discovering and using new features as they become available. **What problems is Saleo solving and how is that benefiting you?** With Saleo, I can let the software tell the story for me. It allows me to easily connect backend and customer experience processes, making it simple to explain various steps, values, and additional information. I create and hand over tours for customers and partners, offering versions with annotations for beginners or learners, and versions without annotations for more advanced users. This makes presenting and using the tours feel authentic. I also record Saleo live demos and tours, embedding Saleo links directly into the videos. I've created many Guided and Lite Sandbox demo's in the last few months since we purchased Saleo that were very easy to produce. Essentially you take a "screenshot" and add links, but it does so much more. I use it to customize words on screen too, so I can remove my name and add a generic placeholder, or remove content that is in my demo environment that doesn't need to be there for my customer demo scenario. **What do you dislike about Saleo?** I've had a few experiences where I couldn't replace images or certain text fields. But working with my CSM team, they have been able to help me fix these issues as bug fixes in a day or couple day turn around! **What problems is Saleo solving and how is that benefiting you?** Saleo offers my organization several key things. Create demo click-thru environments with ease and editing for updates is very simple. Streamling the wording of demo environments into a demo is tough and this makes it easy. I have to customize every demo for the specific needs and context of my customers. Prior to Saleo each of these demos would take me multiple hours of preparation and custom scripts and UI changes. But with Saleo I can easily customize what I need across a broad array of products and websites. It's so easy and quick to use that I use it for every demo. Saleo makes the thought of even deep dive custom demos less stressful **What do you dislike about Saleo?** Thus far I have not encountered any downsides. I know that sounds like pie-in-the-sky but everything just WORKS and that makes my job so much easier. **What problems is Saleo solving and how is that benefiting you?** Saleo solves the biggest problem I have which is that I need to customize every demo for my customers and their specific use cases which used to take me hours and hours for each demo. It is something else you need to leverage during the demo and does take a moment to load (which is to be expected) outside of that I've had a very positive experience using it regularly. **What problems is Saleo solving and how is that benefiting you?** In the past (without Saleo) each seller would have to build out their own demo environment which took a ton of time and was often not fully functional.
