SALCI (Self Analysis for Learning and Competency Improvement) is an enterprise-grade, cloud-based school operating system built exclusively for CBSE schools in India with 500 to 1,500 students. The platform serves six stakeholder roles including school admins, coordinators, teachers, students, parents, and support staff, each with purpose-built dashboards and automated workflows. SALCI eliminates manual effort, data fragmentation, and inspection stress by converting people-dependent processes into structured, auditable systems. Its AI layer powered by OpenAI and Gemini handles question generation, subjective answer auto-grading, OCR offline exam processing, personalised student learning plans, and school-wide performance insights for principals. Every evaluation, attendance record, and task is logged and auditable, keeping CBSE schools compliance-ready and inspection-ready at all times. SALCI is the institutional backbone that makes schools operationally mature, accountable, and structured.
