We moved from Google Internal Search to Sajari about a year ago. I loved the ease of implementation first of all and, subsequently found that the license I had could be used across two of the web properties I own / manage. Reporting is good too.
What do you dislike?
Nothing. Solid solution which does what it says on the tin.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
We have around a million words of content on our site - depth on any subject a visitor could be interested in. Sajari helps us expose that to users and I don't have to think about it.
* We monitor all Sajari reviews to prevent fraudulent reviews and keep review quality high. We do not post reviews by company employees or direct competitors. Validated reviews require the user to submit a screenshot of the product containing their user ID, in order to verify a user is an actual user of the product.
