**What do you like best about SAIM?**

In my opinion, the greatest advantage of SAIM is the ability to keep all maintenance records paperless, which helps ensure everything stays on schedule. I also find the SAIM phones straightforward to use, and it's simple to show others how to operate them. We use SAIM on a daily basis. Customer support has been second to none with any questions we have had since implementation at our station.

**What do you dislike about SAIM?**

Having to download the late maintenance tasks report daily.

**What problems is SAIM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Finding records has become much simpler, and it is now easier to communicate work orders to our maintenance team. The option to add attachments, like pictures and detailed descriptions of issues, is especially helpful.

I appreciate the capability to monitor maintenance, employees, costs, repairs, and generate reports to access data on items as required.

**What do you dislike about SAIM?**

I want to have options on reports to filter what data I need for different tasks.

**What problems is SAIM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Helping track equipment and its use on a daily basis.  With gathering this data through Saim, I now have accurate data that I didn't have previously.  Although previous data was being gathered, I am now getting time stamps.  Also getting more accurate location data that I don't believe was being done before.  I fell using the handhelds and Saim asking questions employees feel that they are held more accountable for accurate data.

**What do you like best about SAIM?**

How efficient it has made things. It allows for better tracking of tasks than just writing on paper, and allows for a clearer view into what may be missed. Outside of the clarity and insights it provides into tasks, daily or otherwise, the document management and other features have allowed us to cut down on binders full of such things.

**What do you dislike about SAIM?**

I can’t say there’s anything I dislike. They rely on us to provide feedback for new features and adding things in, and they haven’t let us down!

**What problems is SAIM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

SAIM has given us greater insight into the tasks previously tracked on paper, and allows the users to better keep track of something they may have missed. It helps our own users maintain a better level of responsibility for these tasks as well.

We used to have binders wall to wall, but thanks to the document management feature SAIM provides, we’ve cut down on most of them. Couple that with the fact that all ATA Task paperwork (and others) are digitized, we end up saving quite a bit of room, and can more easily find things.

**What do you like best about SAIM?**

In my daily use, SAIM's engineering data provided by the realtime signal module is helpful in troubleshoot equipment issues at the site. When using SAIM's Digital Twin, our engineering teams have dramatically decreased the amount of site visits required for engineering designs, as well as given our team much better backgrounds for use in CAD. Finally, the digital twin is incredibly helpful when hosting meetings related to projects at sites, as we are able to pull up the 3D model and look at items with remote teams. SAIM has improved our workflow dramatically, and the digital modeling team at SAIM has always supported our work and made the engineering process much easier.

**What do you dislike about SAIM?**

SAIMs inventory displays used to be difficult to read, but recent updates have improved the system. Document management is only as useful as the user decides to make it.

**What problems is SAIM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

SAIM directly benefits our engineering projects through cost reduction by being able to use the 3D model. It also allows our designs to be more accurate. The pump data that we receive from SAIM allows us to better troubleshoot issues at the sites we support from an engineering standpoint.

**What do you like best about SAIM?**

We are an engineering firm that is charge with supporting operations around the world requiring collaboration with Facility Owners and Operators who are focused on operating more efficiently while managing risk.  SAIM serves as a single source of truth providing real time visibility into what's going on at the facilities and a reservoir of data so all Stakeholders have the information they need to make good decisions.  SAIM is easy to use and has made it easier to serve our clients  and provide data informed decisions to improve their overall operation.

**What do you dislike about SAIM?**

SAIM is changing how the industry uses technology.  While SAIM is easy to use, adopting new habits in a traditionally paper based industry has been a challenge.

**What problems is SAIM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

There are a wide variety of benefits to our business and the industry as a whole:
- Transitioning from a paper based industry so the data lives with the facility, is accessible to all appropriate stakeholders and supporting knowledge transfer across generations.
- Having good data helps inform capital, operations and manpower decisions so investment of time and money is spent on the right things. 
- 3D As-builts of the facility support better communication across stakeholders and simplifies design and construction projects.
- The handheld allows boots on the ground staff to quickly review  their task list for the day and execute/document their efforts.  Additionally, using the handheld, field staff can quickly  get workorder requests in the hands of supporting maintenance and engineering teams to expedite and appropriate response and avoid costly downtime.
- The Maintenance module simplifies tracking and reporting of the thousands of maintenance, operations, and compliance tasks that are required at facilities every day and provides visibility into what needs attention.
- The reporting tool powerful and easy to use to collect information from a single facility or across multiple locations where appropriate.
- Data also supports generation of facility specific KPIs and broader industry Benchmarks to evaluate performance.

**What do you like best about SAIM?**

SAIM provides a great new user interface for seeing all pertinent information about a facility at a glance while also giving the ability to dig into the details.

SAIM also provides a great As-built module for industrial facilities. This module provides a way to view laser scans all around the facility as well as panoramic photos at each scan location. In addition to this, the scan can be converted into a 3D model for use in future facility upgrades and expansions. It acts as the as-built record of a facility instead of old/existing 2D drawings.

The SAIM team provides great customer support. They are available to answer the phone and quick to respond to issues that arise.

The platform is very user friendly for users.

I typically use SAIM on a daily basis for as-built data, real time signal information, and maintenance record retention.

SAIM is very eady to implement and integrate into existing facilities. The team comes out and does the work for you to set it up. They also work with your team to get everyone trained to use the system properly.

**What do you dislike about SAIM?**

In the past, the user interface was a little buggy and slow. However, I am happy to report that all user interface issues have been resolved.

**What problems is SAIM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

They are providing a great way to interface with, maintain, and expand existing facilities.

**What do you like best about SAIM?**

With a 24/7 operation getting the whole team rowing the boat in the same direction was impossible, until SAIM was available.  
It took a while, frankly we were not given a choice.  But now the whole team is working in concert and meeting our daily weekly monthly obligations.  Routine tasks are completed with full accountability.  Maintenance work orders are easy and transfer easily between shifts.  
I am the facility ops manager and I am very pleased!

**What do you dislike about SAIM?**

Some of our team were not SAIM compatible and some staff I otherwise liked had to move on.

**What problems is SAIM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are part of an organization that is spread out all over the states.  Top execs can drop in for a digital visit and assess our performance.  This improves their confidence that we are acting with the highest integrity and professionalism.

That is very important for our credibility.

**What do you like best about SAIM?**

SAIM's value is in not only the product, but the people and backend support that is offered.  While it is a simple and user friendly product, SAIM is backed by industry and SMEs that provide personalized support for each site, staying engaged with local management while rolling out new features that are driven by actual users.  Often times, a product will roll out features without the input from the people who actually use it; SAIM works with the actual end users to ensure that the product will be used as intended once implemented.

**What do you dislike about SAIM?**

On the ITP side, this is still a relatively new product. As a result, it can often be challenging to secure external buy-in. This remains the main obstacle to expanding SAIM. Nevertheless, the SAIM team offers adequate support to encourage growth and help gain buy-in.

**What problems is SAIM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Managing into-plane assets presents unique challenges compared to overseeing tank farms or other stationary fuel assets, as into-plane equipment is mobile and can be difficult to track across a site. SAIM offers a comprehensive solution that enables both site managers and frontline staff to effectively oversee the GSE fleet, including monitoring asset location, usage, and maintenance needs.

**What do you like best about SAIM?**

What I really appreciate about SAIM is how it keeps everything organized and transparent. I can easily review all tasks, see what’s been completed, and know exactly what’s still pending. The ability to upload PMs from outside vendors and track ATA forms through to completion has made my workflow much smoother.

What stands out the most, though, is how responsive the SAIM team is. They truly listen to user feedback and make thoughtful changes that make the system even more facility-friendly. It feels like a tool that’s built with us, not just for us — and that makes all the difference.

**What do you dislike about SAIM?**

While SAIM is a useful tool, I find that it’s not as auditor-friendly as it could be. I would like to see the system prompt users to add a signature if one has not yet been included, ensuring that all documentation is properly verified. Additionally, adding a minimum task time feature would help prevent employees from “pencil whipping” reports, making it more difficult to rush through tasks without proper completion.

**What problems is SAIM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

SAIM brings transparency to our operations, especially for the airlines. The platform ensures everyone is on the same page regarding tasks — when they are due, when they were completed, and their current status.

It also streamlines engineering conversations by clearly showing what is needed, how much is required, and other important details. Additionally, SAIM greatly improves PM tracking, making it easier to manage preventive maintenance on a daily, weekly, monthly, and annual basis.

Overall, SAIM saves time, reduces confusion, and keeps all stakeholders aligned.

**What do you like best about SAIM?**

SAIM has been instrumental in the efficient execution of design and decision making.  The ability to easily go from project site to project site and review photos and a digital twin of the facility along with the ability to take measurements has supplemented field visits and even eliminated field visits where historically this would be required.  The ability to review and analyze data from the facilities provides for better engineering decisions.  In the past, we relied upon interviewing the operator for key parameters. Now we have the ability to not only review historical data but use this data for predictions.  I use the software on nearly a daily basis to assist in my design tasks.

**What do you dislike about SAIM?**

What I dislike most is that I don't have SAIM or all the modules  at all my project sites.  Some locations only have the photos and measurements module. While this is helpful. The document manager and the real time signals and dashboards are extremely helpful.

**What problems is SAIM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The ability to use actual data in the engineering decision process is key.  It results in better decision making with justifiable results.

**What do you like best about SAIM?**

It allows complete transparency of the work completed.
We are able to track the progress of the work that is to be performed.
It makes it very easy to write and track work orders.
SAIM is very adjustable and is not just for performing daily inspections.  We use it for air filter replacement and other items that have a time limit.
Technical support and support for general questions are easily solved with an email or phone call.  The staff are very friendly and will work with us to solve issues.
Once it was installed, it was very easy to convert to.
We have replaced all of our paperwork with the SAIM system.
We use the SAIM device for our daily inspections as well as our weekly and monthly inspections.
Once you learn the system, it is very easy to use.

**What do you dislike about SAIM?**

There is not much I dislike about SAIM.
I haven't found many issues that couldn't be solved with a phone call or email.

**What problems is SAIM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I have been told that SAIM is working on getting a "Record of Receipt" integrated into the device.
This would help with handwriting issues and to ensure that all information is captured before the item could be closed.

**What do you like best about SAIM?**

SAIM provides everything needed to manage asset integrity on one platform in one place. Provides the ability to track equipment reliability, inspections, documents, maintenance, expenses, manpower, regulatory requirements, and real time signals. SAIM allows user customization for the level of information collected, stored and distributed, while also allowing the ability to increase the capability for future growth. SAIM is by far the best asset integrity platform I have used in 35 years of facility operation and maintenance.

The only downside to date is ensuring everyone utilizes the system as designed and at the same frequency

**What problems is SAIM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The SAIM platform reduces overall time and expenses associated with engineering, design, and maintenance.  Engineering and design staff can access the site drawings, scans, digital twin, and facility documents all in one place within seconds. With this accessibility engineering staff can quickly assist in troubleshooting, design, and maintenance activities.

User-created Tasks, this helps with the localization of the facility inspections. Not all checklists are based on regulatory requirements.

App flow and usability from a management standpoint. It requires a lot of clicks and browsing to locate information.

Before switching to SAIM, we used a different platform that offered many of the same features. However, what sets SAIM apart is the ability for users to create their own tasks, which allows us to better customize the app to fit our local requirements.

SAIM is an integrating system that when use correctly, it can help gather all documents as a centralize data base. also, once it is set up it is a practical way to do all task related to the station, including regulatory compliance and best management practices.

one area that SAIM can improve is updating the teams with all changes made via email, or a short report, sometimes the changes are minimum but it can impact the operations,

SAIM should make it easier to filter all tasks, similar to how it works with ATA tasks. Another issue is filtering tasks that are created 'as needed' — the filter shows one asset, but clicking on it displays something different.

We use to complete a lot with no traceability.  SAIM assists us in monitoring the work performed.

**What do you like best about SAIM?**

The most helpful part of SAIM is its able to be tailored to your facility. You are able to satisfy ATA requirements and maintenance requirements in a centralized place.  Document management is a huge upside of SAIM. The timely support that we receive from our client success manager has been extremely helpful.

**What do you dislike about SAIM?**

Downside can be navigating the ATA forms for an auditor when you don't know the specific forms by number.

**What problems is SAIM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Preventive maintenance tracking was an issue we had at our facility. The facility is old, so we have to be able to track maintenance efficiently and ensure that its completed.

When I filter certain planned maintenance tabs and click what I need, then I need to go back to the same tab, but I have to filter all over again.

SAIM is a reliable and effective system that helps me track ongoing work and provides alert for upcoming tasks, ensuring that nothing is missed or delayed.

Some issues we've encountered were due to system bugs and the need for regular updates. It's important to ensure that all SAIM devices are kept up to date, so tasks sync properly across the system.

It is a trust but verify system it verifies that every task was completed by using a scanning system, ensuring that every employee is actually doing the task. Also, it provides a daily reminder of all the tasks that need to be done so we don’t have to manually track them.

Accountability. Ease of operation. Reminders. Maintenance history. Ease of Integration. Definitely the customer support.

No EASY button yet. Lagging of SYNCING. Creation of tasks etc. No quick tab for clearing filters.
