We found the platform fairly easy to integrate and migrate everything over from our old platform. Usability is very straightforward as we were able to set up all of our campaigns fairly easily. Reporting/analytics/insights could use a little work but are definitely good enough to get you what you need. Probably of most importance is that their support is quick and very helpful. While the platform is pretty easy to use, for the most part, some things are a bit clunky and seem to require extra steps (e.g. rescheduling certain types of campaigns after editing) but I'm sure there's some weird backend reason why. Sailthru handles all of my email campaigns. Our email team is the single one that uses Sailthru. Each of our automated email servers, and also batches and flash mailings, are powered by Sailthru. I didn't particularly like that we had to upload recipient lists & suppression lists manually, rather than having audiences flow through dynamically and more advanced segmentation features. I would love to see some changes to the analytics portion of the platform -- being able to customize my dashboard and summaries more would be so helpful (we tend to look at total open rate and click to open rate in addition to unique OR and CTOR, and it'd be great to have a way to see those overall stats at a glance).
