I didn't particularly like that we had to upload recipient lists & suppression lists manually, rather than having audiences flow through dynamically and more advanced segmentation features. Sailthru isn't designed to play nicely with other systems. If you want to pull a list of users that are subscribed via an API, they hash the emails, so you can't integrate it with your CDP. If you want to export your data, so you can have a single view of the customer, they don't have a easy way to pull the data.
