Atlas is charter management software for boat and yacht charter companies. It connects the back office, the base team and the guest experience in one cloud platform, so bookings, operations and finances share the same data. The web dashboard covers bookings and availability, CRM, documents, income and expense tracking, commissions, payment reminders, owner reports, maintenance, inventory, and team roles and permissions. The Atlas Operations App for iOS and Android gives base staff checklists, digital check-in and check-out, damage reports with photos, maintenance logs and task assignments. It works offline at bases with poor connectivity. The Atlas Charter App gives guests a branded experience under the charter company’s own name, with booking details, a digital boat guide, pre-check-in, extras and provisioning, documents and issue reporting. Revenue tools include a Website and Booking Engine, Digital Offers, Campaigns for email marketing to guests, and integrated payments for direct bookings. An integration with MMK Booking Manager syncs bookings and extras pricing. Atlas AI lets managers ask about business performance, such as revenue and bookings compared with previous seasons, generate tables and create tasks by voice. Atlas is used by charter companies with 1 to 100 boats across the Mediterranean and the Caribbean. Pricing is per boat per month, and companies can start with the modules they need and add more over time.
