Our primary use of SAI360 is third party risk management of our contracts, vendors and other business partners. It is great that you are using SAI360 for policy management, internal audit, and enterprise risk management in addition to third-party risk management. One of the greatest benefits of centralizing risk management efforts in a single platform is you begin to break down organizational silos and look at risk management much more holistically. Glad to hear you are having success with customization. Our customers really appreciate the ability to self-serve on forms, lists, workflow, and other aspects without getting IT involved.
