- I like the automatic Integration of claim details going directly into the ACORD Loss Notices.

- I like how you can jump directly from a diary to the claim with one click. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

- Sagitta needs to update the system to incorporate the latest ACORD Loss Notice Forms for Claims. The ones Sagitta uses now are very outdated and limiting. Please update to include the newest versions of the Loss Notices.

- We would also like to see an "Insert" tab added to the Claims "CONTACT NOTES/COMMENTS" section to be able to insert older notes/comments that have not been entered yet. As it is now, the only options are "Add, Edit, Delete" We try to keep notes in chronological order, which is impossible to do when you cannot insert older comments/notes between the newer ones.

I like the ability to add all of the information in one place for each policy period knowing that everything can be located at any time if necessary. The policy detail does not transfer easily and intuitively to acord forms. The lack of some acord forms makes it more challenging to complete a submission without generating forms outside sagitta.
