Despite not being a great ERP, it is fairly cheap. **What do you dislike about Sage X3?** The UI in Sage X3 feels very outdated, like an early 2000’s product. It’s also very difficult to integrate outside applications with it. Performance is extremely slow, and support when issues come up is absolutely abysmal. On top of that, our version doesn’t even include AI. **What problems is Sage X3 solving and how is that benefiting you?** Sage x3 is a slight step up from our current ERP. It does some fairly heavy detail tracking which is nice, nothing else with it really helps us. ### 2. Even X3 employees are unable to help us. Ends don't justify the means **Rating:** 0.0/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Verified User in Hospital & Health Care | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.) **Reviewed Date:** August 06, 2024 **What do you like best about Sage X3?** Can log in from anywhere/web browser, meaning no need to install on individual laptops. **What do you dislike about Sage X3?** User interface is poor/old fashioned looking like something before the time of Windsows and the "menu system" layout is non-sensical. Making entries of transactions is slow due to the nstructure/layout of screens. Doing what should be simple things like tracing a payment to a supplier/receipt from a customer is onnerous. Nominal account enquiries don't dispay any transaction detail of merit, you have to go to the specific document/transaction to get the detail.
