The ease of use, number of features and capabilities of the platorm are excellent and can be tailored to a large degree. I have best in class customer success support (Caroline Ashlee) and have received support and guidance at the highest level, Michael Eaton, Maria Alonso and Gregg are names that immedietly spring to mind as being super helpful in that respect. **What do you dislike about Sage People?** Nothing to comment on at the time of writing **What problems is Sage People solving and how is that benefiting you?** Sage People addresses critical challenges by streamlining performance, salary, and probation review processes, thereby enhancing our overall efficiency in managing HR functions. Its integration into our core HR operations significantly supports our organisational processes. As we delve deeper into its implementation, we are capitalising on its diverse modules and updated features, optimising our operations further. Also, the amount of resources and materials available that covers configuration on the functionality, means that many customers are able to be independent when it comes to introducing changes and enhancements to the system. **What do you dislike about Sage People?** At this stage, our experience of using Sage People has been only positive **What problems is Sage People solving and how is that benefiting you?** Sage People is removing the admin burden for many of our internal HR processes, as well as brining together these processes in a cohesive and digital way. It means that I have a person/team who has a developed understanding of our business and what we are trying to achieve with the system so that we can always improve and develop. **What do you dislike about Sage People?** There are some parts of the system that are not completely intuitive and some of these make it more difficult to track changes to employment.
