"Easy-to-Use Sage with Seamless Subledger-to-GL Flow and Strong Integrations"
4/5
What do you like best about Sage Intacct?

Sage is very easy to use for booking journal entries and managing Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable subledgers. The entries flow seamlessly from the subledgers into the general ledger and trial balance which makes it easy to view and track all GL activity seamlessly. We have had no issues with Sage's performance while utilizing the application.

Sage has a lot of integration capabilities and we've been able to successfully integrate with multiple third parties to improve our data flow into Sage. We integrated both Airbase and Ramp for expense management and had no issues with the data flow into Sage. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Sage Intacct?

There are a couple modules that do not have approval workflows, such as Accounts Receivable and the cash receipts aspect of Cash Management. We wish there was the ability to add approvals on AR before the invoices post to the general ledger. Also, we have occasionally had issues with support and getting issues resolved quickly as the tickets do not always get addressed timely or effectively. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Highly Customizable Reporting with an Easy-to-Navigate QuickBooks-Like UI"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Sage Intacct?

The customization of elements and reporting alone makes Intacct a standout software choice. It can grow and change and even shrink if you need-- you're only locked into a few things during the setup. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Sage Intacct?

We had some challenges with initial setup and integrating our old system into Intacct-- in part because our old system was set up so wildly differently from Intacct. While it's certainly not cheap, the capability is unmatched for our needs. Very similar to Quickbooks UI, which is easy to navigate and understand. We've had no issues with downtime or outages. "Easy-to-Use Online Platform with Seamless Navigation and Real-Time Financial Visibility"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Sage Intacct?

Ease of use - having a completely online platform allows my team to work from any location. Navigation between data points is quick and seamless, where we had to open multiple modules in our old system to find the same data. Owners can see financial information in real time and click into mroe details directly from their dashboard or statements. Yes! Along with being ab le to access our fomer product, Sage 300, at no cost. Yes! Along with being ab le to access our fomer product, Sage 300, at no cost. Yes! What do you dislike about Sage Intacct?

Customizing financial reports takes time and a more thorough understanding of how the canned reports are set up. The reports from our prior system that we used on a daily basis cannot all be replicated in intacct. Our invoice forms (which are standard in our industry) are not configured correctly and is creating some additional manual work for the team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Quick, Efficient AP Reporting with Seamless Sage Intacct Integration"
5/5
What do you like best about Sage Intacct?

Very quick and efficient for reporting and processing. I work on the AP side, and bank reconciliation and invoice processing have been so much easier to use compared to other Sage systems. The integration with Sage Intacct and our paperless system has also been amazing. The mapping works perfectly, and we can still make changes within Intacct if needed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Sage Intacct?

I would say that, at first, the Top level and Entity level can be a little confusing, especially if you’re a first-time user and not a big enough company to set up different entities. In the beginning, it was challenging to know what should go in each level. However, the training modules were helpful in distinguishing between the two and made it clearer over time. Also, allocating credit notes is tedious. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Streamlined Our Financial Management with Sage Intacct"
5/5
What do you like best about Sage Intacct?

I appreciate that Sage Intacct is like a one-stop shop; at least it can be for most of our needs. I also really like that Sage has a marketplace full of partners who can help reach specific goals if something within Sage itself isn't fully meeting our needs. I love that it has given us so much more insight into our financial data and has helped us grow and learn as bookkeepers and accountants. The ability to manage multiple entities in one platform has streamlined our processes, saving time and effort. We switched from QuickBooks Enterprise, and the change has been mind-blowing in the best of ways. I have recommended Sage Intacct to many friends and colleagues because of my positive experience. What do you dislike about Sage Intacct?

Prepaid expense module where you have a lot of issues because our accounting changes so regularly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Efficient Non-Profit Accounting with Room for Improvement"
4/5
What do you like best about Sage Intacct?

I like the dimensions and output reports in Sage Intacct. They are particularly helpful because we can efficiently get reimbursements from grants by generating data dump reports and using pivot tables to filter by accounts and dimensions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Sage Intacct?

I wish the report periods were more flexible in Sage Intacct. It would be great if we could choose a start and end date rather than having to select from a fixed period. It would be helpful if in the columns section of the financial reports there was an option for a custom start and end date of the reporting period. Also, the initial setup of Sage Intacct was not easy because we did not have a good implementation team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Strong Internal Controls and Easy to Learn"
5/5
What do you like best about Sage Intacct?

It has strong internal controls and is easy to use. It takes no time at all to catch on to the way it works. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Sage Intacct?

I would say that the thing about it that would be the only negative is the fact that you have to pay for additional modules. I understand why, but it would be nice if it could be included in the subscription cost. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Easy to Use, Robust ROI Reporting, and Smooth Onboarding"
5/5
What do you like best about Sage Intacct?

It’s very easy to use. The reports are straightforward to download, and it covers all the performance and ROI details I need, whether that’s Profit and Loss or the Balance Sheet. It also makes the onboarding process very smooth. It works really well when the banks are connected to it, and the AI tool helps a lot too. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Sage Intacct?

Sometimes the transactions on connected banks can get duplicated. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Intuitive for New Users with Flexible Export Options"
4/5
What do you like best about Sage Intacct?

I'm new to the system in the last couple of weeks and, whilst there have been some challenges as there always is getting used to a new system, I've found it pretty intuitive and so far been able to find everything I need reasonably easily. One thing I really value are the multiple export options in different formats, for whatever is needed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Sage Intacct?

I would prefer to have some more AI intelligence (summaries and insight) baked into the system to allow for more seamless insight and automation - although it may be that I just haven't found these areas yet. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Sage Intacct Automates Accounting with Powerful Reporting and Audit Trails"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Sage Intacct?

What I like about Sage Intacct is that it automates accounting processes, supports efficient bulk imports, is cloud-based, and provides powerful reporting and a reliable audit trail. It helps save time and improves efficiency once it's set up correctly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Sage Intacct?

What I don't like about Sage Intacct is that it can be difficult to learn, error messages can be confusing, and troubleshooting import or configuration issues can be time-consuming. Some processes also feel slower and more complicated than they should be. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
