The reporting functions are very good being able to build your own reports is very useful. How easily integrated with other software is also a huge positive for our business. **What do you dislike about Sage Intacct?** There are a few work arounds which makes processes longer then they need to be like having to post a supplier or customer refund as an adjustment, rather then direct to their account. I also find when looking at payment/ invoice allocations, it's not very clear to see at all. Having to navigate to different screens to make sense of what invoice has been allocated to which payment. **What problems is Sage Intacct solving and how is that benefiting you?** The time it has saved us is immeasurable making day to day processes much more streamlined and efficient. The creation rules on the banking saves ample time each month. The ability to edit and delete journals within the open accounting period keeps the ledgers looking tidy. The Dashboard functionality gives our budget holders a live feed of their finances which saves us time in producing reports and they then have access to their data whenever they need it. The Sage university for the training was really helpful during the implementation process. **What do you dislike about Sage Intacct?** Some of the bank posting types don't make sense such as we can't post a supplier refund directly to the supplier account we had to put together a work-around. The finance report functions take a bit of getting used to and are a bit complicated, which is fine if you use reporting all the time but if you don't it can be hard to follow. I find the interface to be cleaner, i also like that i can double click the cell containing hours to add detail if i want to while also not making it mandatory. - good flexibility. **What do you dislike about Sage Intacct?** the search function could be smarter. It would be easier for me if everything I needed to do with one invoice could be done from the same page. I frequently have to refund invoices, and this can't be done from Intacct. I have to go to Intacct to find the information and take it to Braintree (both EFT and CC versions). There's about a week's waiting period for everything to process and sync; then I have to use Intacct to verse on one page and reprocess on another. It isn't very easy to learn at first either. Since there are so many back and forth steps, a lot of manual fixes, one thing at a time, it takes a lot of patience and asking questions.
