So I start mondays from deleting recurring transactions which were created during the weekend 2. I wish you have the optin to create transactions from bank feeds with multiple accounts. The system is visual and user friendly and has saved time and effort for the finance team. Banks feed and reconciliation processes are really tight and efficient and allow us to monitor things regulary. We really like the document management features and no longer have paper copies of any documents. Implementation was delilvered by PWC to timeline and to budget. **What do you dislike about Sage Intacct?** Some modules are expensive. For example we have a simple fixed asset register but werre not able to use the system for this as the module was not cost effective. Interface is clean and consistent across all modules (with the exception of the Collections module). Database schema is easy to follow. **What do you dislike about Sage Intacct?** Invoice management is spread across multiple modules and needs to be made more lean. The Accounts Receivable and Order Entry modules both hold the same invoice and offer different capabilities, which sounds good in theory (more options is rarely bad), but unfortunately it creates too many opportunities for information to appear in one module but not the other. A favored reporting option may only be available under one module and not the other, leading to data integrity issues. If you're thinking of using the Contracts module for managing your SaaS customers, one word - DON'T. It does not aggregate subscription information within the UI, forcing the reader to look elsewhere for information they should be able read at the source. You also have to jump over way too many hurdles to place restrictions on date ranges for any subscription changes. The module is simply not built for the modern subscription model; it harkens back to a time when perpetual licenses and maintenance agreements were common. **What problems is Sage Intacct solving and how is that benefiting you?** We have consistent information in the general journal, bank reconciliations are clean each month, and expenses are easy to locate and track. Transfers are now a one step process for booking the entry using the inter company mapping capability. **What do you dislike about Sage Intacct?** When you setup an entity you are no longer able to edit the ID or GL account which has caused major confusion and problems. We no longer have the ability to print out deposit slips using Sage and thus have to manually hand write deposit slips. Check image formatting is very limited. You cannot edit the font size or move the memo line. This causes us problems when trying to deposit a check. When you make a mistake in Sage you cannot edit some items and thus only have the option of reversing an invoice, etc and completely starting over. **What problems is Sage Intacct solving and how is that benefiting you?** Sage Intacct helps my company quickly run reports that Quickbooks did not offer. If something does not look right, it is easy to deny with reasoning. **What do you dislike about Sage Intacct?** There have been a few instances where I go to approve an invoice and an error code pops up. I am still unsre why this is happening and hope to have an easier time with batch approvals. **What problems is Sage Intacct solving and how is that benefiting you?** Sage intact has made it possible to see all invoices in one common area. It also allows for easy approval of multiple different vendors.
