Sage HRMS excels in attendance automation, as it can automatically record employee attendance through Sage Time and integrate with the payroll module to automate payroll calculations based on attendance data, reducing the workload and error rate of manual statistics and calculations. Additionally, the automated report generation feature is impressive, as it uses SAP® Crystal Reports to automatically generate over 100 standard reports, supporting user-customized reports and converting report data into visual charts, which greatly saves time on manually organizing data and creating reports. Furthermore, the benefits automation is very practical, allowing employees to independently select benefits online, with the system automatically recording and updating relevant data, and securely transmitting it to health insurance providers, reducing HR administrative tasks and avoiding data entry errors and omissions. Sage HRMS is the has many features that redefine the HR management. Some of them are as it include all modules that cover all HR management from employee records to employee benefits. It's payroll processing is very accurate and time saving without any errors. Sage HRMS is labor laws compliant so it ensures ethical HR practices. I liked it's Talent Management feature which helped us alot in recruitment, training and performance appraisal. I like the wide range of information you can input into the system. I also really preferred the reports you can run. The reports can be customized and you can have them generated in several different formats as well (word, excel, pdf). You can also create your own reports and you can filter the information you want in a default report as well. I also liked the depth of the security controls, you could create an access account for a user and literally control what they could/couldn't see and what they could/couldn't edit. What do you dislike about Sage HRMS? The system could be slow. Sometimes I'd wait in excess of 10 minutes for a report to be generated (the report contained information on about 1300 employees).
