I appreciate how I can receive a text and take care of an expense right then and there. I also love that I don't have to take up personal space and all of the receipts can be digital. It does make life easier if you take care of the receipt right away and don't wait.

Our company adopted it very seamlessly for most employees. People loved the ability to send their receipts via text messages, so we integrated it into the company quickly. There are times when expenses coming in are pending, so I still need to manually double check my company card expenses on the bank website with the expenses that appear on Fyle to confirm which are pending, combined, or nulled. There are a few technical issues that can be frustrating. First, our company card occasionally disconnects from the platform, which creates a major headache for both our team and the accounting team, as we have to manually track down expenses we assumed were already syncing. Second, if I upload and split a receipt before the corresponding expense hits the credit card and syncs with Fyle, the system doesn’t recognize the split—resulting in a duplicate entry. Since I prefer to upload receipts right away to avoid losing them, this becomes an issue, especially with vendors like Amazon where purchases often show up as multiple charges. I appreciate the rapidity of the majority of expense receipts uploading as emails and text messages. I currently have to upload to Adobe to save some receipts as PDFs, but I understand that now text messages will have the ability to be uploaded. I can't wait to try this. 1. The Uber expenses do not include the tip with the original receipt, and I have had 2 receipts for the same trip.

Fyle is helpful in submitting receipts and charges electronically. I work remote and it is nice to not have to copy, scan, and mail receipts back and forth to the office.
