Fyle provides real-time text notifications, and allows users to upload a picture through text message, in addition to the website and app. We use Fyle daily, and have integrated this process into our organization easily..This has been a complete game-changer, as our records are processed easily and with almost zero missing receipts! Our team was able to get up an running without difficulty, and were supported through the process at multiple steps. As a growing organization, Fyle has streamlined our process, eliminated frustrations, and given us hours back in our week. **What do you dislike about Sage Expense Management?** I haven't identified any strong downsides to Fyle. The Outlook web app is a great feature, but sometimes doesn't launch successfully, but the text messaging and web interface have functioned reliably. **What problems is Sage Expense Management solving and how is that benefiting you?** We previously submitted receipts manually; requiring users to scan paper receipts or email digital copies, with calssifications, catergories, and other information noted on the receipt. It's easy to load a photo and Fyle will match it, but I wish coding it and providing the "Purpose" was easier. Also, I wish Fyle didn't create a duplicate expense when you submit a receipt with a gratutity on it because the full amount hasn't posted yet on the back end. **What problems is Sage Expense Management solving and how is that benefiting you?** Not having to scan in receipts and then email them to yourself and then have to save them and then have to submit them is fantastic.
