There was a downtime in May (I believe) that made expenses more challenging, but I understand that that happens with technology. **What problems is Sage Expense Management solving and how is that benefiting you?** I am an ad manager and that comes with frequent day-to-day expenses. As an example, Meta ads sometimes charges a client multiple times a week depending on the ad spend limit. Having 5 identical expenses would be challenging in the past, but since Fyle automatically collects them, it just makes it so much easier. I love that I can "drag and drop" or screenshot an invoice from my computer and quickly link it to the transaction. The interface is user friendly and integrates well with our current processes. It is a bit touchy in making sure that all account names match - if anything is off, the data has to be manually corrected and there is no user friendly fix for that - though a fix does exist.
