**What do you like best about Sage Expense Management?**

I really appreciate how easy and intuitive Sage Expense Management is to use. Uploads are quick and the system clearly guides you on what's needed at each step. The attachments and offerings like texting receipts make it very convenient. As soon as I get a receipt from a restaurant, I can snap a picture and submit it right away, and I haven't lost a receipt yet. The ability to email directly from Outlook without having to download receipts saves time. Even though it might save just a minute per receipt, it adds up to saving days in the long run, making the process much easier compared to other platforms I've used. I really enjoy this ease of use and the convenience of Sage.

**What do you dislike about Sage Expense Management?**

My main complaint, which has actually gotten better over the last few times, has been duplicates. There's sometimes when I will submit an expense, but it won't show up on my card for a few days later, and  it struggles to realize that it's the same charge.

Sage Expense Management makes filling out expense reports easy and quick. I can snap photos of receipts and submit them immediately, preventing any loss. It keeps me on top of expense reporting and ensures timely, clear submissions for my company.

**What do you like best about Sage Expense Management?**

Fyle has made expenses management much easier. The platform is easy to use and its automated features keep everything organized.

I love how it simplifies mileage reimbursement. The app uses Google Maps to calculate the distance and applies the correct rate, which is a huge time-saver. It also sends me instant notifications for corporate credit card transactions, making it easy to stay on top of receipts.

**What do you dislike about Sage Expense Management?**

While the user experience is generally great, there are a few minor things that could be more efficient. The process for submitting a report feels a little clunky - you have to click "add expense report" and then go back to submit it, which adds and extra step.

**What problems is Sage Expense Management solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Fyle solves the problems of manual and time-consuming expense management. Before Fyle, I spent a lot of time on date entry and tracking down receipts.  Fyle automates receipt capture and mileage tracking, which saves me a significant amount of time and ensures everything is accurate. It keeps all my expenses organized, so I get reimbursed much faster.

There are some transactions that don't need to be processed through Sage, because they are already directly entered into QBO (such as supplier payments or credit card payments) and it can be cumbersome to drill down and remove these as an admin.

**What do you like best about Sage Expense Management?**

I use Fyle through my company, and it has improved our credit card reconciliation process more than I could ever hope. As someone working on tech, a lot of the charges on my credit card are recurring, and Fyle makes it easy to set those up. I also really appreciate the notifications that are sent to my phone when a new charge comes in.

I tend to use my desktop computer when using Fyle, but my coworkers travel frequently and are able to use the app and their phone when they are on the road. It really is the best of all worlds for our team.

**What do you dislike about Sage Expense Management?**

At this point, there is nothing that I don't like about Fyle. It has served us very well.

It allows our team to reconcile our purchases without sending them to our finance director. It empowers all employees to track their purchases, and it can be used on multiple devices, which is great for team members that stay in the office and team members that travel.

**What do you like best about Sage Expense Management?**

I LOVE that I can text a pic of any receipt to Fyle and it will match to the expense -- then, once per week I can log in and submit the final details on all of the receipts that I've accrued. As the head of a department and a steward of company funds, Fyle has made my least favorite part of my job into a simple and efficient task. I use it all the time and I no longer get frustrated when dealing with expense reports. Its so easy to use that I'm able to stay oriented to the system each and every time (meaning I don't have to retrain on how to do it every week).

**What do you dislike about Sage Expense Management?**

Truly nothing to complain about here - the only thing I hate is that I have to do expense reports at all, and that's not Fyle's fault! Lol

**What do you like best about Sage Expense Management?**

I've been using Fyle for approximately one year now.  Fyle continues to make tracking, spending and managing spending and reimbursements incredibly simple and efficient. The user interface is clean and intuitive, which makes it easy to stay up to date with receipts and expenses. Even after a year, I still appreciate how fast and easy it is to use—it's significantly reduced the time I spend on expense management and lets me focus on more important tasks. Fyle has truly streamlined this part of my workflow, and I’m still enjoying it.

Honestly, I have no dislikes. Fyle has consistently met all my needs and expectations. Everything works seamlessly, and I haven't run into any issues or missing features in my use so far. Fyle continues to make logging and tracking spending an easy task.

**What do you like best about Sage Expense Management?**

We switched from using Expensify to Fyle and it has been a great experience. As someone that travels weekly for work and has a lot of expenses it can be a lot to manage. With the ability to forward, text or upload receipts through the app it makes it a lot easier! I love that I get a text message everytime I do a charge as a reminder to send the receipt! 

My role has changed and I have less expenses than prior, however I still have receipts or even now need personal reimbursements and the process is still just as easy! Love the app, love the text system, love the outlook plug in.

**What do you dislike about Sage Expense Management?**

I have not had any recent issues. My prior issue has been resolved.

Fyle is solving the problem that we used to have as a company of not getting our expenses submitted on time. Fyle captures expenses immeditaly and there is no delay, so we are able to submit them in a timely manner and not hold up the finance team.

**What do you like best about Sage Expense Management?**

I like that there is an automated reminder feature and that you can automate the expenses so there is less data entry needed. I like that it is not complicated to learn to use.

**What do you dislike about Sage Expense Management?**

I don't like that you can not verify individual charges when you want to you have to wait until the expense report come out to be able to verify. 

I am not a fan of the new black color scheme it is harsh to the eye. 

I also do not like that there is not phone number for customer support, not a fan of that, some things are just better explained to a person instead of trying to convey what you need through email.

I also wish there was a way to scroll across the screen instead of having to scroll all the way to the bottom to be able to scroll across.

Fyle solves the problem of getting receipt's from employee in a timely manner making it easier for our company to invoice expenses quicker.

**What do you like best about Sage Expense Management?**

I appreciate how I can receive a text and take care of an expense right then and there. I also love that I don't have to take up personal space and all of the receipts can be digital. It does make life easier if you take care of the receipt right away and don't wait. 

Our company adopted it very seamlessly for most employees. People loved the ability to send their receipts via text messages, so we integrated it into the company quickly. The customer service has been very helpful and easy to engage with if we ever have problems. They are very responsive! Our staff team uses it once a month and our book keeper uses it every week.

**What do you dislike about Sage Expense Management?**

I finally figured out how to merge the expenses, but I must admit, I liked paper reporting more. Fyle is great for us tech-savy people. I just find myself not having time to sit down to do it each week.

We no longer need to keep physical receipts. This allows employees who had a hard time keeping track of their receipts be more on top of their expenses. More and more people are using it and liking it.

**What do you like best about Sage Expense Management?**

The user interface is very intuitive. I like all the options for submitting expenses and the clear way each expense is labeled so you can know how much more information you need to fill out. The comments and attachments functions are easy to use and helpful for easy communication between managers approving the expenses and employees. Cross functionality with mobile notifications is a nice confirmation as well. It was easy to learn and implement. I use it monthly and it's been very smooth.

**What do you dislike about Sage Expense Management?**

There are times when expenses coming in are pending, so I still need to manually double check my company card expenses on the bank website with the expenses that appear on Fyle to confirm which are pending, combined, or nulled. But it doesn't take too much time. There were a couple months were it caused some confusion.

**What do you like best about Sage Expense Management?**

I love the text notifications I receive whenever any expense is made on my card, which is really helpful for fraud prevention. Setting it up was a breeze, and I find it incredibly user-friendly. I particularly love having my business card filed, ensuring I get updates whenever a transaction occurs. The ability to capture receipts via the text feature, especially while traveling internationally, has simplified expense management significantly. The Google Chrome extension in Gmail makes adding expenses directly from email receipts seamless.

**What do you dislike about Sage Expense Management?**

I wish I could see the expenses from my team. I approve their expense reports each month when they submit them, but I'm not able to see their expenses as the month goes on, so that would be nice.

I use Fyle for easy expense reporting, benefiting from instant notifications which help me monitor fraud in real time. I really appreciate how user-friendly the Fyle app is—it makes it easy to scan receipts on the go, before they get lost. The Gmail integration is another great feature that simplifies adding receipts directly from my inbox. Overall, it has drastically reduced the time my team and I spend tracking credit card expenses.

**What do you dislike about Sage Expense Management?**

There are a few technical issues that can be frustrating. First, our company card occasionally disconnects from the platform, which creates a major headache for both our team and the accounting team, as we have to manually track down expenses we assumed were already syncing. Second, if I upload and split a receipt before the corresponding expense hits the credit card and syncs with Fyle, the system doesn’t recognize the split—resulting in a duplicate entry. Since I prefer to upload receipts right away to avoid losing them, this becomes an issue, especially with vendors like Amazon where purchases often show up as multiple charges. In those cases, I have to delete my original entry and go through the entire splitting and receipt-matching process again.

Being able to add my receipt directly into my text messages is extremely helpful and convenient. It eliminates the extra step of holding onto the receipt and turning it in.

Since the last review, things have been significantly better. Our staff are very satisfied with using the platform.

Our process for having staff turn in receipts is now better streamlined. The grants are in the system, staff can connect the receipt directly to the grant it should be attached to. The accountants are doing less work on the backend and it is saving a lot of time. Fyle continues to make our processes easier and we have less lost receipts.

Occasionally the text feature can be a bit frustrating, I wish there was an option to adjust an amount that it pulled off a receipt without opening the app.

Fyle reminds me of what Expensify was back when it launched, which is a compliment. I don't need a lot of bells and whistles, just straightforward expense reporting. I don't mind a little data entry here and there for tedious tasks like expense reports as long as the UI/UX is easy to navigate. Fyle delivers.

There are a few "convenience" features in the expense creation UX that are a little clunky. I don't necessary love that even though Fyle identifies a lot of my expenses are in a similar category, it doesn't recommend it after detecting a merchant.

Simplified expense reporting. As an employee with both regularly occurring expenses and the occasional incidental, I want to enter the necessary data consistently and cleanly. Autopopulating my expenses off of my credit card makes this way easier.

My only criticism is that when entering expense data, certain incomplete fields will prevent you from being able to save the expense incomplete and as-is. Other platforms allow you to do this. For example, maybe you haven't been given an expense code from your business manager yet, but you're already accruing expenses and are entering the fields you're aware of, but leaving out the job codes you don't have yet. This can be frustrating since the convenience of Fyle is entering data immediately after making an expense while the information is top of mind--not being able to save an expense when certain fields are blank kind of negates the convenience factor.

Fyle has made the process of submitting a monthly expense report exponentially faster.  It used to be an extremely long process of collecting pdf documents and combining them into a merged file while also filling out an Excel form with duplicate information.  Now I can store as I go in real time and the report is created almost automatically.  This has been a game changer in processing an average of 30-45 expenses per month.

Pending charges take a while to get cleared out of the queue when they are just for a hold on a card but an order doesn't actually get processed.  Not a huge deal but there is no option to delete a pending charge we know will never hit the account.

I don't think there is anything in particular I dislike about Fyle. There was a downtime in May (I believe) that made expenses more challenging, but I understand that that happens with technology.

I am an ad manager and that comes with frequent day-to-day expenses. As an example, Meta ads sometimes charges a client multiple times a week depending on the ad spend limit. Having 5 identical expenses would be challenging in the past, but since Fyle automatically collects them, it just makes it so much easier. No more going line-by-line through my credit card receipt.

Love that it is linked to my work credit card so makes it really easy to code and add receipts via text message or email. It really has shaved HOURS off what I've done previously for submitting expenses. I wish my companies I've worked for in the past knew about this, it is a game changer for sure!

I have found that sometimes an expense will come in twice and I am not able to merge those together so I have to submit the same receipt a couple times. I wish there was a way to merge two expenses as one. It has happened several times now. It also happened recently with an extra $.05 charge that was a second charge instead of on the main charge so that is just sitting in my account now as I don't have a receipt just for the $.05 so hoping it goes away on its own eventually!

Fyle has streamlined our processes and made it much easier for us to code miscellaneous costs to jobs. Fyle sends an automatic reminder each time your card is used so that we can quickly attach a photo of a reciept. Our Accounting clerk no longer has to text and call several people each month when trying to reconcile our credit card transactions. I love that I can "drag and drop" or screenshot an invoice from my computer and quickly link it to the transaction. The interface is user friendly and integrates well with our current processes. The features are inutitive and easy to implement.  I use Fyle everyday and takes the guesswork out of job costs. Customer support is quick to respond when we have any questions.

Our organization has many card holders - Fyle makes it easy for users to upload documents and quickly label them. My team no longer has to spend hours of time manually tracking down missing receipts. The text notification feautre is an added benefit in helping to ensure no fraudulent charges go a month before being discovered. Fyle also saves my accounting team a ton of time in entering expenses and greatly reduces the opportunity for error.

**What do you dislike about Sage Expense Management?**

Fyle is a computer system so it's only as good as the data it gets. It is a bit touchy in making sure that all account names match - if anything is off, the data has to be manually corrected and there is no user friendly fix for that - though a fix does exist. There are a lot of great features from the card holder side, but from the accounting side it can be difficult to find comments or other things the card holders input anywhere except the transaction criteria fields.

Honestly, there isn't much I don't like about Fyle but if I had to pick something it would be that receipt scanning accuracy could be improved, as manual corrections are sometimes necessary.

We’ve been using Fyle for several months, and it has transformed the way we manage expenses. The interface is clean and intuitive, making it easy for our team to track spending in real time.  Highly recommend for any organization looking to simplify expense management and boost efficiency!

**What do you like best about Sage Expense Management?**

I like how user friendly it is. Charges hit Fyle almost immediately and are easy to categorize. I like being able to upload the receipts on the app.

**What do you dislike about Sage Expense Management?**

I find that sometimes, especially with Uber or charges where tips are included the amounts are not initially correct in Fyle and it can take some time for them to adjust or I have to go in and manually change the amounts to the correct amount.

**What problems is Sage Expense Management solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I believe there was an issue with Visa cards and charges not appearing but that seems to have been resolved.
