The performance on the MRP function supported by the Supply Chain Management is great and capable to manage complex scenarios. Having everything into one single sourth of data is very important. Having an integration between the modules (distribution and manufacturing linked to Finance) is very important feature to have for any company managing products, work centres to achieve a correct costs of products. I feel like Sage X3 is one of the cheaper options for an ERP. Despite not being a great ERP, it is fairly cheap. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Sage X3? The UI in Sage X3 feels very outdated, like an early 2000’s product. It’s also very difficult to integrate outside applications with it. Performance is extremely slow, and support when issues come up is absolutely abysmal. On top of that, our version doesn’t even include AI. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. I have found that the help desk is pretty efficient. I have a rather responsive rep (Jaleidy Tannenbaum) who usually has my concerns sent to the proper party within 12 hours. I do not understand why there are 5 different options under "payments and receipts" rather than 2. Differentiating between check and wire seems unnecessary. I like the capability of customization in Sage X3. It's great that every business can customize it as needed, alongside the ERP's out-of-the-box functionalities. I think there's a lack of access to test new functionalities and complete training sessions. We only have documentation but no videos to help start with new products. Despite having access to Sage University, it's the same issue—plenty of documentation but lacking in video resources. This makes it tough to make the most of new capabilities. What used to take hours of manual data entry now happens automatically. The time saved goes toward work that actually matters. Errors that used to slip through during manual processing are essentially gone fewer chargebacks, fewer strained relationships. Getting connected to new trading partners is straightforward.
