Only 2 users so you can't run the system the entire day if you have more people that have to enter data. Adding users and more companies are pricy. The stock module is also not up to standard when a cost price change you cant set the price to the last cost. It calculates the average price and your margin is wrong. We are an Accounting Firm, and we do Booking and accounting services for our clients. Sage has not disappointed; we have our clients' bank accounts linked to Sage and can trace movement, invoices are all through the Sage, at the end, I can pull out all necessary Financial Reports. Sage is complex, and you can never up and run, training is needed, and the support staff is great, and lots of learning material is available.

We had a Sage Plus account, many features still say "coming soon". It does not feel reasonable to charge the full price for missing features. We asked to downgrade to the sage standard and were told that downgrades were not possible. We would have to create a new business email and create an entirely new profile.
