I used this while I was working for a law firm to help attorneys manage their time, expense, and creating bills for the customer. It does the job of doing what was needed for my job. It's simple to use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

When I first learn how to use it, it took me a while to learn how to set up the setting/filters. I don't think it's that user-friendly. I think it takes a lot of time from me and my work to adapt to this in order to make good use of this.
