What do you like best about Sage 100 Contractor?

PO Entry workflow was pretty good. Not much otherwise. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Sage 100 Contractor?

Unable to export to PDF/Word without crashing. Expensive. Clunky overall. A setting that was wrong for one employee caused the entire company's time keeping to fail. Having to pay $225/hr for training and support. Server problems made several tax payments late.

When I was sold the product I was told that the timekeeping was free and would work on mobile. It did not work on newer Android phones, which was a known issue at the time, but I was not told. I spent 30 minutes on a chat with their support team about it and was told there was no timeline for an update, so I spent $2k on a third party contract. The next week they released their timekeeping update. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Sage 100 Contractor solving and how is that benefiting you?

Linking GL accounting and job cost was nice. But in the end it was too difficult to use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
