If you are looking for a professional team to outsource your hiring, you should consider Sagan. The amount of communication we experienced was incredible; and, they did what they said they would do the first time. They are a pretty well oiled machine from sales through onboarding and fulfillment. Johno, Fabiola and Jessica were really great to work with. I have to give a special shoutout to Johno for truly looking into our use case and pre-filtering candidates based on what he knew about our business. I don't like how their CEO talks down on other companies on social media. Maybe it's just my mindset that there is enough in the world for everyone to win but his negativity prevents me from promoting them more externally than I already do.

I think there was a pretty big gap in terms of talent with the role that we were looking for. We were recommended 3 different candidate and 1 of them was amazing (who we hired), but the other 2 didn't really come close to the one we hired in terms of what we were looking for. We're growing quickly and finding global talent is time consuming. They do the headhunting and help us understand what salaries should look like.
