"Intended to hire one person... ended up hiring two."
5/5
What do you like best about Sagan Passport?

The hiring process is curated, each person we were introduced to and interviewed just made sense. It wasn't about finding someone qualified for the role, it was about finding the best fit from the candidates that were presented to us. The process was so efficient for our team that the most complex part of the hiring process was drafting up the contractor agreements at the end. Luckily Sagan also had a template for that. What do you dislike about Sagan Passport?

Frankly the worst thing about Sagan is that it was so easy to find great employees for my business that I ended up hiring more people than I set out to. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Best platform for hiring global talent - by far"
5/5
What do you like best about Sagan Passport?

The best part about Sagan Passport is the quality of talent they surface and how streamlined the hiring process is. The candidates we’ve found through Sagan have consistently exceeded expectations in terms of professionalism, communication, and capability. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Sagan Passport?

There’s very little to dislike. If anything, I’d love to see more integrations with project management tools or a dashboard that gives a clearer at-a-glance view of contractor activity. For some specialized roles it can take a while to find candidates. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Sagan Passport - 10/10"
5/5
What do you like best about Sagan Passport?

The team is very responsive with Sagan and they are always looking for ways to provide as much value as they can in a very client focused way.

As a client, I feel that they really take time to understand what it is. I need and try to provide as much support and resources as possible, and frequently going above and beyond. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Sagan Passport?

The only thing I wish there was more of was advanced AI and automation resources, but to Sagan’s credit they have introduced a brand new curriculum that is covering that. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Great Partner"

What do you like best about Sagan Passport?

They only present high quality candidates. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Sagan Passport?

I wish they would coach us & candidates on salary ranges. We set a "max budget" for positions and candidates usually ask for the max regardless of market ranges in their country so we end up starting a relationship by negotiating a candidate down on pay. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Sagan is an absolute no-brainer for business owners"
5/5
What do you like best about Sagan Passport?

I love that I've hired five great people without breaking the bank - two through their recruiting help and three straight from their talent pool. The credit system saves us so much money compared to regular recruiters. My whole team is taking their AI and automation courses right now, which is a huge bonus on top of the hiring help. They're also super responsive whenever we need anything. I've been a member for over a year now, and honestly, I don't even use half of what they offer, but it's still totally worth every penny! What do you dislike about Sagan Passport?

The Skool learning platform is a tad clunky, but that's not really their fault - it's just the software they're using. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Unlocking global talent for high-growth healthcare startup"
5/5
What do you like best about Sagan Passport?

Sagan’s model feels much more like a true partnership than a transactional recruiter. The annual membership with credits is a great model, and the added value goes beyond just hiring. Their team has advised us on other areas of the business, and the community of entrepreneurs is top-notch. We haven’t tapped into the courses yet, but they seem thoughtfully put together and are a nice value-add to their service. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Sagan Passport?

Honestly, nothing comes to mind. It’s been a great experience end-to-end. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Sagan Passport connected me with great global talent who exceeded my expectations."
5/5
What do you like best about Sagan Passport?

Their combination of highly competitive recruitment costs compared to traditional agencies and their exceptional post-hire support system. As someone inexperienced with managing global talent, their resources provided the guidance I needed to successfully integrate my international team members, making the whole process far less intimidating. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Sagan Passport?

Sagan Passport's credit system can be somewhat obscure when recruiting for more specialized or senior positions. While they were upfront about this, recruiting higher-skilled employees can cost significantly more than the standard single credit, requiring up to 4 credits for one hire. "Great platform for all hiring needs!"
5/5
What do you like best about Sagan Passport?

What stood out most to me was how tailored and thoughtful the entire process was. This was not a one-size-fits-all recruiting platform — Sagan took the time to understand my business, my goals for the role and what kind of candidate would thrive in our environment. They helped refine the job description, calibrated the comp expectations and quickly brought forward candidates who were not just qualified but aligned with how we work

I also appreciated how responsive and hands-on the team was — you get an expert recruiting partner who really has our back. I had some initial concerns about the complexities of international hiring especially for such a specialized role, but Sagan made that part simple and gave me the confidence to move forward

We are extremely happy with our new hire and will definitely use Sagan Passport again in the future! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Sagan Passport?
