SafetyEvo gives them both. For staff: a simple app with large controls. One press SOS sends the worker’s live location to the office. Silent SOS and a duress PIN let them raise an alarm without the person in front of them noticing. Check-in timers cover each visit, and if a timer runs out without a check-in, an alert is raised automatically. If a phone goes silent during a shift, the office is warned. An SOS raised with no signal is stored and sent the moment the phone reconnects. For the office: a live map of who is on shift, a single alert queue, and a timeline for every incident. Every alert has an owner. Alerts escalate by push, then text, then an automated voice call, until a named person takes them, so no alert sits unread. Responders can also handle alerts from their own phone. Workforce management, built in: starting a shift is the clock-in. Supervisors approve timesheets, lock pay periods, and export CSV files for Xero, Sage and BrightPay. Rotas, on-call cover, holiday requests and balances, and digital staff ID badges with a QR check code are all in the same system. There’s no facial recognition or fingerprint clock-in. Records and privacy: an incident register, shift history, a weekly drill alert to prove escalation works, and an audit log of every view and action. Location is collected only during a shift and is always visible to the worker. Data is hosted in the EU (Germany), with daily backups. Pricing: £5 per person per month on a monthly plan with no contract, or £4 billed yearly. Larger teams of 50 to 199 people pay £3.50, and 200 or more get a tailored price.
