I really like the simple user interface of SafetyCulture, which makes it easy to use and train others on. It's easy to view and make changes on the fly, and it's great for newbies to pick up. The total package of SafetyCulture is impressive, and I feel I should make a point of using more of it. The initial setup was very easy, which was a breeze since I had used it in a previous role. "Streamlined Move-In Processes with Ease"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Mitti (by SafetyCulture)?

I use SafetyCulture for Move In and Move out forms at our co-working and private office space. It streamlines move in and move out procedures and helps with operations. I love the ability to make templates - it saves our team a lot of time and makes it consistent across locations. It helps by making the SOP for all move in and move out forms the same and saves lots of time. Setting it up was easy! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Mitti (by SafetyCulture)?

I think it could be improved by adding a feature to see what others on your team are doing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Efficient Inspections with Cost Challenges"
4/5
What do you like best about Mitti (by SafetyCulture)?

I appreciate SafetyCulture for its easy on-the-go access, which means I don't have to print out inspections and they are widely available to all of the team, increasing participation. I also find the analytics feature beneficial as it provides a quick data snapshot. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Mitti (by SafetyCulture)?

Overall I think the cost structure is high to roll this out to a wider audience in a manufacturing environment. I have to limit participation as there isn't a general user allowance. There was a learning curve but easy to implement. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Easy Sharing, Simple Access, and a Smooth UI"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Mitti (by SafetyCulture)?

Easy sharing and access. Onboarding and UI is very easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Mitti (by SafetyCulture)?

It is very difficult to make new inspections as the questions are hard to move around. I also cannot easily integrate it with tableau. The device limitations creates challenges. I also would like a feature where you can hide answered questions and only see unanswered. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"A Practical and Reliable Tool for Daily Safety and Inspections"
3.5/5
What do you like best about Mitti (by SafetyCulture)?

What I like best about SafetyCulture is how easy it is to use while still being very powerful. The platform makes inspections, audits, and checklists simple to create, complete, and track. The mobile app works well in the field, which is great for teams that don’t sit at a desk all day. Real-time reporting and photo evidence help keep everyone accountable and improve visibility across teams. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Mitti (by SafetyCulture)?

One downside is that some advanced features and reporting options can feel limited unless you’re on a higher-tier plan. Customizing reports exactly the way you want can take time, and there is a bit of a learning curve for new users when setting up templates. Occasionally, syncing or loading can be slow when working with large inspections. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Mitti (by SafetyCulture)?

SafetyCulture is a very useful app, but some aspects need improvement: 1. *More advanced reporting options*: The reporting options in SafetyCulture are good, but in some cases, more advanced and customized reporting options are needed. For example, I want to create specific reports for my clients, but currently, it is not possible. 2. *Integration*: The integration of SafetyCulture with other apps and systems is very limited. I want to integrate it with my other apps and systems, but currently, it is not possible. 3. *Offline mode*: The offline mode of SafetyCulture is very limited. I want to do my work offline as well, but currently, it is not possible. 4. *Customer support*: The customer support of SafetyCulture is good, but in some cases, more rapid and effective support is needed. For example, I want to resolve an issue, but it takes a long time to get a response from the support team. 5. *Limitations of the mobile app*: The mobile app of SafetyCulture is very useful, but in some cases, it has limitations. For example, I cannot perform certain specific tasks on my mobile app, which are possible on the desktop version. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
