"Safety Culture Keeps Us Organised, Compliant, and Efficient"
5/5
What do you like best about Mitti (by SafetyCulture)?

Before using this platform, we were unorganised and probably not meeting legal compliance. Safety Culture has helped us keep everything in one place and work more efficiently. We still have a lot to add to it, but we’re getting there. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Mitti (by SafetyCulture)?

Customer service - try to sell us more seats as opposed to helping us buy the right thing for us. I think a more tailored service would be helpful Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Powerful AI, Ready-Made Prompts, and Templates That Boost Productivity"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Mitti (by SafetyCulture)?

I love this platform for its Powerful AI with readymade prompts allowing user to get report easily. I also love the AI for its natural language interaction allowing more comfortable interaction and efficient results. Other than this I feel that the inspection templates which are available allows easy execution and completion of task more efficiently. I like the training feature available in this platform allowing easy creation of training materials with ease. The communication using this platform enhances productivity and avoids issues or hurdles by creating a medium to rectify on time. This platform also have a user friendly interface and the onboarding process was also easy. I have to admit that this platform increases the quality of work and assist a lot in eliminating errors with its rigorous inspection process.

The android application of this platform is also really good as enhances the portability of this platform. I love the overall performance of this platform and its reliability. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Mitti (by SafetyCulture)?

I love most part of this platform but I wish that pricing was had more options other than pricing per user. For this platform to be very effective both the worker and the person doing the inspection needs to recognize the serious communication that is supported by this platform. The users may also need to check this from time to time so that issues are solved in realtime and on time. Other than this I also feel that a little bit of training to the users using this platform would greatly enhance safety and remove or reduce future Issues. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Flexible inspections with actions and training courses"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Mitti (by SafetyCulture)?

I like the possibility of creating inspections with different types of questions, where actions can be assigned depending on the response to these inspections and the assignment of courses from the training module. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Mitti (by SafetyCulture)?

I think the functionality of scheduling inspections can be improved, it takes me a lot of time to create programs and the latest update is asking me to restart all the work already done, there is no option to migrate past information. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Cloud-Based Platform Boosts On-Site Productivity"
5/5
What do you like best about Mitti (by SafetyCulture)?

I like that SafetyCulture is cloud-based, which lets our teams use it anywhere, anytime, as long as there's phone reception. It's also accessible on mobile phones, laptops, and tablets, which makes the user experience a lot easier. Our teams find it readily available without needing to go into a server and download information. They use their mobile phones more than laptops, so having it available on mobile phones definitely increases productivity. Once it's up and running, it's very easy to explain to the teams. What do you dislike about Mitti (by SafetyCulture)?

The analytics side of things could be better. It would be more useful to dive deeper into template questions and how they are answered. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Mitti (by SafetyCulture)?

The need to have multiple users to share actions, it would be useful if there was an option to assign actions to none safety culture users via email or MS Teams Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Efficient teamwork with SafetyCulture, App presentation in need of improvement"
4/5
What do you like best about Mitti (by SafetyCulture)?

I appreciate the parallel work and synchronization with the SafetyCulture server. Collaborating on a maintenance log greatly facilitates the work, especially when we work in pairs on technical equipment. Additionally, I liked the logical connections in the questions during the initial setup. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Mitti (by SafetyCulture)?

The overview in the mobile app does not contain the name of the project, but usually only the creation date, which is very confusing, and I always have to use the search function first to find the appropriate entry. On the PC in the browser, this is not the case; there you can see the order name. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"User-Friendly SafetyCulture with Strong Templates, Reporting, and Reliable Support"
4/5
What do you like best about Mitti (by SafetyCulture)?

SafetyCulture is a user-friendly inspection tool with a clean, intuitive interface that works seamlessly on both mobile and desktop. It’s easy to create templates, assign users, and get started with minimal training. No issues with application performance. Platform offers a wide library of templates across ESG, HIPAA, ISO, and more, along with helpful training resources. Pricing is affordable, and support is quick and reliable. Reporting and tracking are strong, but advanced workflows, dashboards, and integrations can be challenging, and AI capabilities remain fairly basic. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Mitti (by SafetyCulture)?

Basic use is easy, but advanced setup (dashboards, workflows) can be confusing and hard to build. Needs more advanced features like live checklist or issues tracking from online. Initial setup is quite difficult. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Streamlined Audits with Instant Evidence Creation"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Mitti (by SafetyCulture)?

I like using SafetyCulture because it offers features like voice to text, taking photographs, and the ability to create an instant evidence file. This is incredibly helpful because I don't have to rework anything that's been cited or found, which is a huge time-saver. The ease of use, speed, and accuracy of SafetyCulture are key for efficiently conducting audits, even as they grow more complex and larger. It significantly reduces the time to get an audit done, which is important when auditors are time-poor and trying to achieve all the results quickly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Mitti (by SafetyCulture)?

At the moment, I'm looking for a new package, an updated package. And that's something that I think, in the library, if users had a particular industry or area or type, tick and flick, boxes, that could reduce the time it takes to search for the appropriate audit pack that's already been prepared by somebody else. "Essential for On-Site Efficiency and Document Management"
5/5
What do you like best about Mitti (by SafetyCulture)?

I like that SafetyCulture can be used on both the computer and the phone, which is great as we issue work permits through SafetyCulture and being on site with the phone saves a lot of time. Doing on-site, task-specific risk assessments requires leaving the office, and while on-site, I can create the permit to work instead of going back to the office to use the computer. The initial setup was extremely easy, and when I struggle with something, SafetyCulture always helps. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Mitti (by SafetyCulture)?

Some sort of nudge to give to contractors when the expiration dates on their legal documents expire. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
