They moved their data centre without telling us and when asked said they use a VPN. They also refused to complete Security Check forms which had always been done prior to being taken over **What problems is VERO solving and how is that benefiting you?** We thought VERO offered a good service, but since moving found that the 2-3 weeks for checks to be completed was actually slow as our new provider takes 1-2 days. ### 2.
