## Safetica Pricing FAQs

Generated using AI

Is Safetica free, or does it offer a free trial?

Yes. According to G2 data, Safetica offers a free plan with limited features. Users can upgrade to paid plans for additional capabilities. Visit the seller's official pricing page to compare plan options and features.

How much does Safetica cost in 2026?

According to G2 data, Safetica pricing in 2026 starts at $72.00 and can reach $144.00 depending on the selected plan. Pricing may vary based on billing terms or usage, so users should review the Safetica's official pricing page for the most current details.

Who is Safetica pricing best suited for?

According to G2 reviewers, Safetica's pricing and feature structure best serves mid-market organizations of 51 to 1,000 employees, which represent the largest share of G2 reviews. Industries including financial services, healthcare, legal services, manufacturing, and civil engineering appear frequently across G2 reviews of Safetica, reflecting strong adoption in compliance-heavy sectors. The Standard tier suits growing mid-market teams needing foundational DLP and M365 integration. Safetica's Premium tier aligns with scaling organizations requiring SIEM integration and automation. Enterprise-tier features serve large or complex environments. G2 reviewers from small businesses also find value, particularly in legal and IT services, though some cite per-user cost as a constraint.

What are the key differences between the free and paid versions of Safetica?

Safetica does not offer a permanent free tier, but a free product demo is available for evaluation. Safetica's paid plans begin at $72.00/year with the Standard tier, which includes full DLP, dynamic policies, user activity monitoring, basic AI classification, M365 and Google Drive protection, real-time alerts, up to 5 reports, 12-month data retention, and 5 admin accounts. Upgrading to Safetica's Premium ($96.00/year) adds AI-driven Smart Insights, SIEM integration, SSL inspection, shadow copy of incident files, and 24-month retention. The Enterprise tier ($144.00/year) further unlocks advanced AI classification, unlimited reports, and 36-month retention. G2 reviewers note the demo period effectively demonstrates value before commitment.

Is Safetica considered good value for its pricing?

G2 reviewers consistently rate Safetica highly, with the majority awarding 4.5 to 5 stars, signaling strong satisfaction relative to cost. Multiple G2 reviewers across mid-market and small business segments explicitly call out Safetica's pricing as competitive, with one reviewer in law enforcement citing "affordable license prices" and a computer network security reviewer describing it as offering "very good value for money." However, cost concerns surface repeatedly, particularly among small business reviewers, with several noting the per-user price feels high for smaller organizations. G2 reviews of Safetica suggest it delivers premium value for mid-market firms needing full DLP coverage, but budget-constrained small businesses may find the investment significant.

"Safetica as a secure DLP"

2.5/5

What do you like best about Safetica?

What I like most about Safetica is how discreet yet effective it is. Sometimes security tools can feel invasive or annoying, but Safetica does its job without interrupting the daily workflow. It's there, monitoring and protecting, without the user having to be constantly aware of settings or alerts.

I also like that it offers a complete view of what is happening with the information within the company. You can see what type of data is being moved, how it is used, and detect behaviors that could be a risk, all from a very visual and easy-to-understand dashboard.

Another point I highly value is its adaptability. You can adjust the policies according to the business needs, without having to apply unnecessary restrictions to everyone equally. This helps maintain productivity without compromising security.

And, above all, I like the peace of mind that comes from knowing the information is protected. Safetica allows you to focus on your work while it takes care of safeguarding the most important data. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Safetica?

Although Safetica seems to me to be a very comprehensive tool, there are some details that could be improved.

For example, the initial setup can be a bit technical. It's not difficult, but it does require time to really understand how the policies work and what is advisable to activate or leave in monitoring mode. If not properly adjusted from the start, some false positives or unnecessary blocks may appear.

I have also noticed that resource consumption can increase a bit on older computers, especially during the first data analyses or synchronizations with the server. Nothing serious, but it's something noticeable if the machine doesn't have good capacity.

And although the interface is functional, it could be modernized a bit more visually. It's not ugly or complicated, but compared to other more current security panels, it feels somewhat classic.

In general, these are minor details compared to everything it offers. But I do believe that with a few small adjustments in user experience and performance, Safetica would be practically perfect. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Safetica solving and how is that benefiting you?

Safetica solves a problem that many companies overlook: not really knowing what happens with their information. Before having it, it was difficult to control if someone accidentally shared sensitive documents or if unauthorized channels like WhatsApp or personal emails were used.

With Safetica, that changed. Now I can see how information moves in and out of the company, detect suspicious behaviors, and act before a data breach occurs. It has helped me a lot in preventing human errors, which are usually the most common cause of incidents.

It also benefits me in my daily work because it automates a large part of security control. I don't need to manually review logs or emails; Safetica intelligently monitors everything and notifies me only when something really matters.

Moreover, it gives me peace of mind during audits or with regulations, because I can easily demonstrate that personal and corporate data are protected. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
