"A Reliable and Effective Solution for Data Security Management"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Safetica?

What I like best about Safetica is its comprehensive approach to data protection and insider threat prevention. The software is easy to deploy and provides clear visibility into how sensitive information is used across the organization. I also appreciate the detailed reporting and customizable policies that help ensure compliance. The user interface is intuitive, making daily management straightforward even for non-technical users. Overall, it’s a reliable and efficient solution for maintaining data security. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Safetica?

While Safetica is a powerful and reliable solution, some advanced configuration options can be a bit complex at first. The initial setup may require support from IT specialists to ensure optimal policy tuning. Occasionally, system performance can be slightly affected during intensive monitoring. I would also appreciate faster updates and more seamless integration with certain third-party tools. However, these are minor issues compared to the overall value it provides. "Great DLP/IRM solution and easy to use"
5/5
What do you like best about Safetica?

With the new unified Safetica we have both on-prem and cloud versions, which can adapt to the customer use case.

As a daily Safetica user, we really like the insights feature that makes it easier to focus on most important alerts, without flooding email alerts.

Microsoft 365 integration is great, giving information on usage of corporate information even on non protected endpoints (personal smartphone or pc).

The way we can create multiple rules for different destination types inside the same policy also make it easier to keep the console organized and working as expected (important to mention dynamic policies and advanced control of destinations).

You can create scheduled custom reports to have important information sent to you everyday, every Monday or every 1st day of the month (according to your needs).

Safetica implementation is also great, you just download the installer (that can be easily mass deployed) and run it on the endpoint, wait for it to finish and reboot, there you go. Everything else you can manage from the console.

The experience I had as a daily user of Safetica with their support was also great. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Safetica?

We still havesome limitations regarding using it on Mac devices and it also does not support linux devices yet. Other important topic that should be coming soon is the Google Workspace integration, that would completely cover any remaining data breach. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Missi Carmen of Safetica

Thank you for the thoughtful review! We're thrilled that you're finding value in Safetica’s flexibility, reporting, and Microsoft 365 integration. We hear your feedback on Mac, Linux, and Google Workspace support — expanding compatibility is definitely on our radar. Thanks for being a dedicated user!

What do you dislike about Safetica?

It needs to work better within an organization, including clear limits when we’re dealing with protected data. Sometimes the protection doesn’t work properly with certain apps, websites, or systems, which creates issues and makes it hard to rely on. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Great Visual Reporting Without Needing Deep Technical Knowledge"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Safetica?

One of the things I like most is its visual presentation, because it lets me generate reports on file usage and behavior without needing extensive technical knowledge. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Safetica?

What I didn’t like was that the initial alert setup process felt quite tedious. If the filters aren’t adjusted correctly, the system can end up generating an excessive number of notifications, which quickly becomes overwhelming. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
