SafeSpeak is whistleblowing software for EU companies that need an internal reporting channel under Directive 2019/1937 — without buying enterprise compliance software to get one. The Directive requires organisations with 50 or more employees to run a confidential internal reporting channel, acknowledge reports within 7 days, and give the reporter feedback within 3 months. Most tools that do this cost €99–349 per month, are sold through a demo call, and take days or weeks to deploy. SafeSpeak takes about five minutes. You sign up, get a branded reporting portal at your own URL, and share the link with your team. That's the setup. Attach evidence up to 25MB per file. Follow the case and message the handler with a case code. No IP addresses or browser fingerprints are logged. FOR CASE HANDLERS One dashboard for every report: status workflow, categories, assignment, internal notes visible only to admins, two-way messaging with anonymous reporters, and a full activity timeline. Automatic reminders track the 7-day and 3-month deadlines. Export a compliance PDF or CSV in one click. SECURITY AND HOSTING Data is encrypted at rest and in transit with AES-256-GCM and stored on servers inside the EU. SAML 2.0 SSO with Okta, Azure AD and Google Workspace. Full audit log.
