What do you like best about SafeQual?

I relaly appreciated the ease of use, the efficiency in generating reports and the team was aways very reponsive to all our questions Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SafeQual?

I cannot think of anything major but I do recall that there were some initial issues with interface with some of the hospital IT systems but I believe the issues were promptly resolved. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"So many beneficial functionalities are available."

What do you like best about SafeQual?

SafeQual has many functionalities that have helped us improve our processes. While it is heavily used for Safety events, the other features benefit the organization. The Peer Review process has dramatically improved since switching our process from paper to SafeQual, and our return times for completion of the reviews have improved. What do you dislike about SafeQual?

The biggest struggle is getting the end user comfortable with the system. Though SafeQual is constantly improving the system and has created some excellent user tip sheets that have helped with this process. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is SafeQual solving and how is that benefiting you?

We have seen increased safety event reporting since implementing SafeQual and better communication.

The root cause process is excellent for tracking and ensuring the follow-up and actions are completed.

There has also been greater compliance with tracking performance improvement projects.

The reports I can pull have helped so much with compiling and sharing the data with staff.
