SafeGrd backs up PostgreSQL, MySQL and MongoDB databases, file trees and IMAP mailboxes. Each backup is encrypted with age on your host and written to a bucket under Object Lock, yours or SafeGrd's. The backup data never passes through SafeGrd. Then SafeGrd restores the newest backup into a throwaway database, counts every table and row, and signs the result. That restore test (a Fire Drill) runs monthly on the free plan and weekly or daily on paid plans, and each one is added to an attestation record you can hand to an auditor. Install the agent beside the database with one command, or use the Docker image, GitHub Action or Helm chart. Supabase, Neon and RDS work from a connection string, and a WordPress plugin connects a site from wp-admin.
