"SafeDNS-Easy To Use, Affordable"

What do you like best about SafeDNS web content filtering service?

Ease of use. We are a Secondary Education School. Many students and staff to keep safe and focused. White & Black Listing, Content Filtering are all a snap with this product. Very simple WebFiltering. No internal servers to maintain, No scripting or programming. All very user friendly screens and solid support. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SafeDNS web content filtering service?

For our Educational Environment it is hard to find a dislike. I guess it would be nice if it was a free service. Being a private school, we are constantly being squeezed to hold to a very tight budget. A few years back, we used OpenDNS which was free. When that came to an end, we had to find another option. SafeDNS was the easy solution. It ended up being more affordable than the "new OpenDNS" and works just as well for us. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

As a school, you may not have full time personnel that can be maintaining and playing with bandwidth flow all day long. This is a quick, affordable solution that you can set and forget. We are a secondary school. There are obvious sites that are dangerous or damaging to our students academic success. SafeDNS prevents connection to these sites. Provides us useful reports. The results are that we are running a much healther network with less virus activity and more directed study. The webfilter has become a necessity to the operation. "SAFEDNS - Easy to use DNS filtering software"

What do you like best about SafeDNS web content filtering service?

We use SafeDNS to protect our public Wifi at our facilities. The service has an easy to use web interface where you setup your sites IPs, configure your filtering categories and you are set. We have been using this service for a since 2015 and it has been working great. It requires very little administration and has been rock solid. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SafeDNS web content filtering service?

I really don't have any dislikes of the product. It is the only DNS filter we use so I don't have anything to compare it to. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
