It's not intuitive. You need to take days of training to be able to do simple operations. Using Sabre 360 is not part of my day to day and when I need to use it, it's very painful as I need to go over my notes or ask other folks who are more proficient using it. Sabre Red 360 has some benefits which regular Sabre didn't have, for example the ability to paste a credit card nummber into a reissue screen. Another usefull feature is the built in PNR scripts for adding SSRs, Traveller information etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I am not a big fan of the Command Helper. What I really dislike is that in case of a small error, when looking for availability or booking a hotel or car, the screen resets, and I have to enter all the information all over again. I need to work fast, so I can not afford to lose time working this way. For that reason, I still use manual commands. A way to solve some of these issues would be to show a manual command after entering the info in the command helper to be modified slightly and then be resubmitted.
