Sabbaq is a WhatsApp-first AI lead desk for Dubai real-estate brokerages. Enquiries from Property Finder, Bayut and Dubizzle often land on agents' personal WhatsApp, where nobody watches the clock and leads go cold. Sabbaq replies to every enquiry from your own WhatsApp number, in your brokerage's name, in Arabic or English, day and night, and understands voice notes. In four to six short messages it qualifies the lead (buy or rent, budget, area, bedrooms, timing, cash or mortgage), logs answers to Google Sheets, and hands the lead with a summary to the right agent. If no agent picks it up within five minutes, an SLA alarm fires. Guardrails are in code: no price negotiation, no legal or mortgage advice, and it always says it's an assistant.
