  ### 1. Polite, Professional Support—But Unexpected Freshservice Issues Slowed Progress

**What do you like best about saasgenie Inc?**

Working with Madhav was great. He was polite and professional.  While we ran into stressful situations, he handled it with ease and I appreciated the patience he had during this entire process.  He also was able to jump in on the technical side for issues where I did not have experience.

**What do you dislike about saasgenie Inc?**

I'm not sure if this is a dislike, but I think the volume and the complications we ran into were a surprise to us both.  I think the Freshservice tool had issues that were either unexpected or not logical and so that delayed us significantly.  There were items I was finding and fixing and questioning because I needed to make sure I understood vs. being guided as much.  I think also in the beginning I was doing more follow up but by the end that had changed.

**Recommendations to others considering saasgenie Inc:**

I think it was more of there were a lot of things with Freshservice that were not documented or clear while we were working through problems.  So while this is Freshservice's 3rd party vendor that helped us with workspaces.  I think there was a lot of false expectations I had about timing and the ease of this process.  I'm not sure that this is necessarily a reflection of Saasgenie, more that I was in shock about the complexity of this entire process just to have a different license.  I think there needs to be major improvements of expectations, what's involved, understanding the full scope before Freshservice involves Saasgenie to make sure this makes sense in how we work since it seemed like we were outside the norm of their clients.

**What problems is saasgenie Inc solving and how is that benefiting you?**

They helped with the transitioning of tickets and updating workflows for Freshservice and our new workspace.   I could not have been able to move everything over myself due to the volume as well as API coding that I wasn't familiar with prior.  That helped in not having to recreate every workflow and be able to push items into the proper space.

**What do you like best about saasgenie Inc?**

My SaasGenie developer, is very knowledgeable and supportive. She was able to create some unique workflows to help us develop our own custom onboarding process as opposed to the out of box experience. She also was incredibly responsible in meeting deadlines and owning the process we laid out. This included working with FreshService to resolve a backend, not development issue.

**What do you dislike about saasgenie Inc?**

No real issues, at most different time zones. We were still able to connect, and when necessary use alternate means of communication for off hour communications.

**Recommendations to others considering saasgenie Inc:**

Don't be afraid to describe the process or goal you want if isn't a FreshService out of the box item. If it can be designed and built, I believe SaasGenie can get it done.

**What problems is saasgenie Inc solving and how is that benefiting you?**

SaasGenie is assisting us in moving our Onboarding process to FreshService through customized workflows.

saasgenie Inc takes the time to listen to the businesses requirements and to find ways to customise the software to meet those needs.

**What do you dislike about saasgenie Inc?**

Our implementation specialist at saasgenie Inc talked very vast during training which often made it difficult to follow.

**Recommendations to others considering saasgenie Inc:**

Don't be afraid to ask questions and know what you want - saasgenie Inc will be very honest about what can and can't be done and they will always try to find a way. They are also very good at monitoring project progress and are agile to extending roll out times if necessary.

**What problems is saasgenie Inc solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Implementing RocketLane as a robust project management platform for our SaaS implementation business. We specifically required a platform that integrates well with HubSpot CRM, and that offers sound resource planning capabilities.

KNOWLEDGEABLE AND VERY AVAILABLE HELP ON SHORT NOTICE TO ADDRESS ONBOARDING ISSUES

**What do you dislike about saasgenie Inc?**

MORE PREBUILT EXAMPLES AND A TEST PLATFORM WOULD HAVE BEEN HELPFUL TO EASE IN DEMONSTRATIONS... RATHER THAN HAVING TO BUILD AS WE WENT ALONG.  REALIZE OUR PROCESS WAS SOMEWHAT UNIQUE AS WELL.

ON CALL CONCIERGE HELP TO FACILITATE THE BEST ONBOARDING EXPERIENCE.  SOMEONE WITH THE TIME TO LISTEN TO YOUR NEEDS AND ADVISE ON BEST PRACTICES.  ADDED TEAM MEMBER TO WORK THROUGH CHALLENGES AND FIND A SOLUTION THAT WORKS FOR THE COMPANY OBJECTIVES FOR THE PRODUCT.

HELPED TO FIND BEST PRACTICES AS THEY RELATE TO OUR PROJECT.  WALKED THROUGH EXAMPLES AND TO SHOW POSSIBLE SOLUTIONS WHICH MIGHT BE A GOOD FIT.

We needed assistance in migrating from RingCentral to Zoom Phone. The engineer from saasgenie was helpful, well spoken, and very technical. He made the migration simple and quick with zero impact to the business.

In the middle of the project we transitioned off from Nageswar and started to rely more on Swetha - this created frustration as there wasn't a good understanding of what Nageswar had built or why.

**Recommendations to others considering saasgenie Inc:**

They were very solid partner to work with.

**What problems is saasgenie Inc solving and how is that benefiting you?**

They completed our FreshService implementation. We worked with Swetha- who seemed very solid on technical questions. We also worked with Nageswar - who was more of a solutionist and contributed greatly to the success of the project.  And we worked with Deepika who was an awesome project manager.
