  ### 1. Poor Ops services still haunting our CRM

**What do you like best about SaaScend?**

The CS team was generally very pleasant. However, be wary of this. They will add more people to your account team than is necessary so they can bill you for additional hours for meetings and "internal communications" among their own team members.

**What do you dislike about SaaScend?**

They were not truly strategic partners and the work they implemented was unnecessarily complex which causes issues anytime we try to make changes.... even still. Their retainer model is also designed in such a way to squeeze the customer.

**Recommendations to others considering SaaScend:**

Find a different agency

**What problems is SaaScend solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We brought Saascend in to augment our Marketing and Sales operations function. For a time, we thought things were going well, but admittedly, the internal team was not doing a great job of QA and double-checking their work. Our previous internal team was not deeply knowledgeable in CRM operations (hence why an agency was brought in) enough to realize the web of complexity they were weaving. We have recently parted ways, and we are still trying to fix and clean up the processes they put in place.

**What do you like best about SaaScend?**

Craig has really givem enough time to  understand our industry and business challenges. Our organization is from Quality management domain - so we needed a powerful CRM tool through which our sales and marketing team can understand, nurture leads or prospects. Saascend team helped us to migrate our old contacts database to Salesforce  with ease. In addition to helping us to undestanding CRM structure and lead management, educated us about project implementation post-sales using Salesforce.

**What do you dislike about SaaScend?**

We had no issues working with Saascend and they really made the entire migration process so smooth that Even our freshers started using Pardot with ease.I have been incredibly impressed by SaaScend. They have been an important partner in our revops function and have demonstrated an amazing level of expertise, attention to detail, and true partnership. I would highly recommend that SaaScend to anyone considering a revenue operations partner.

**Recommendations to others considering SaaScend:**

Saascend helped us to achieve our desired sales and marketing goals by educating and implemeting Pardot. The implementation process is very smooth, hassle free and informative which helped our entire team to use Pardot efficiently.

**What problems is SaaScend solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Saascend helped us to migrate to Pardot from previous marketing automation tool in no time. Experience working with Saascend team was so amazing that, they have skills and knowledge to educate, eloborate and implement the entire marketing automation to Pardot without any hassle. From our first meeting with Saascend, Craig and his team was so informative and helped us to get complete understanding of Pardot and its advanced features which eventually helped to create better marketing campaigns using Pardot.

Ease of communication, the integration, workflows and automations

Nothing at this time. The experience was simple and went off without a hitch.

Adhere to their advice. The amount of time they can save you is easy to quantify!!!

**What problems is SaaScend solving and how is that benefiting you?**

SaaScend came in at the 11th hour. We struggled with our HubSpot to SalesLoft integration and making sure that all customer interactions were being logged and monetized. The SaaScend team came and provided a diagnostic report of everything we need to run more efficiently. We ended up utilizing the integration, they helped us set up workflows and automations between our sales and marketing teams.

If your team is low on bandwidth or the internal skills to set-up a scalable system and process - SaaScend is a great company to support your efforts. They support your team in making sure you have thought through the full cycle of what is needed now and in the future to make sure you go through implementation/build once.

SaaScend supported our small GTM revenue operations team at a small start-up. They had to the tools and bandwidth to build a scalable system/process that we didn't have internally.

The people - they are smart, driven, ambitious, thoughtful, and downright great people to work with.

If you choose to outsource work, you will sacrifice a degree of control over project management. That is not unique with SaaScend, but it is the case nonetheless.

Dive deep with their team - they roll up their sleeves and do deep, thoughtful analysis before even signing up for partnership.

We are a high-growth startup aggressively scaling our commercial team and need our operations to keep pace; SaaScend is providing both execution support and strategic advice to enable that scale.
