Support can be a challenge, it takes alot of back and forth via a not very user friendly support system to get your problem attended to. Once you have someone from support online it is fairly quick to solve but the process of getting there is painful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about SaaSAssure?

The Asigra software gives you lots of control over your backups, with lots of backup types and settings. It also gives you detailed insights if something has gone wrong. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
