I really like the ability to do bulk updates from a spreadsheet with SaasAnt Transactions. The interface is intuitive and easy to use, which saves me time when updating hundreds of transactions and making them consistent. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about SaasAnt Transactions? I had a problem with the transactions saying that they were updated but then not being updated. It would be better if it found this problem and showed me how to fix it. It turned out that I didn't have entries in Vendors and Customers. This should be something that SaasAnt identifies and guides people to fix. We had some initial problems getting it set up but got support. I didn't do the set up so don't know the details. The support is great too; Shobika helped me over several days with a difficult importing issue and was able to solve it, saving me a ton of time. I would rate the support 10/10. I love SaasAnt Transactions for its customer support. I had a great experience when I initiated a ticket via chat after business hours, and the next day I got an email with a detailed answer. Even though I didn't reply, I got a follow-up email three days later checking on my issue's status. When I mentioned I was unsuccessful and asked for a phone call, they called me within about three hours. The technician did a screen share and worked through the specifics of my issue. They had a thorough understanding of both SaasAnt's software and Stripe, which was really helpful. Also, the initial setup was very easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about SaasAnt Transactions? I always have trouble understanding if I am signing into MY PayTraQer or my client's. One issue I have run into is I actually used my client's credit card but didn't realize I was paying for my SaasAnt subscription. It is not clear to me when I am signed in as a firm vs. a client. I really like how fast SaasAnt Transactions is. It quickly imports data without needing manual entry, which is a big plus for me. Plus, the customer support has been very helpful, especially in setting up the data mapping fields. Vijay was extremely helpful in figuring out our requirements and mapping them to the SaasAnt product, and the import worked perfectly the first time.
