I have been using justcall for more than 3 years now and the main challenge that I faced with this software is the call quality because whenever we do lots of call in a single day then I have noticed that more than 15 to 20% of the call just gets disconnected or we face a issue of sound leakage. There is also a big problem of clarity of voice with just call and trust me It is not good. I love that JustCall syncs and integrates with Pipedrive contacts. We know exactly who's calling and when, and can easily pull up their file. It is the number one, most important feature we were looking for in a call system. We use it on my phone, as the CEO, and on the phone of our booking/admin manager.
