I like the AI feature in JustCall, which helps with writing prompts and getting what I need for a specific topic of the call. It saves me time and makes me more efficient when sending follow-up emails or jumping straight to a specific topic of the conversation. Sometimes the AI results need to be more concise, like when there's a lack of information, they could be more detailed. I appreciate the practicality of JustCall in terms of compliance, particularly with the call summaries that save me from taking my own notes. The call summaries received by email quickly after each call are very useful.
