There is no encryption they use ensures that my personal information remains safe and secure. Their customer service is not remarkable. The team is not friendly. **What do you dislike about S4E?** Their customer service are slow and unresponsive at times. It often takes a while to receive a response, to my inquiries. When I do get one its not always helpful. This lack of support is frustrating particularly when dealing with security concerns. Communication is crucial. Unfortunately SecurityForEveryone falls short in this area. **What problems is S4E solving and how is that benefiting you?** SecurityForEveryone offers reliable security measures that is not able to solve the problem of unreliable alternatives. As a business this not benefits us because there is no ensuring the protection of our data and systems without putting a strain on our budget. This process is too much time taking. ### 2. They needs to update their features to stay of emerging threats. With SecurityForEveryone I feel insecure and unprotected in the realm. I have some reservations about the user interface of SecurityForEveryone. The navigation is confusing at times making it challenging to find features. **What problems is S4E solving and how is that benefiting you?** The customer support is slow and unresponsive leaving users feeling unsupported. Their pricing plans tend to be on the side, which make it less accessible for individuals on a budget.
