"Easy S3-Based Storage Relief for Salesforce with an Intuitive, Familiar File UI"

5/5

What do you like best about S-Drive?

The biggest win for us is defiantly the cost relief on salesforce data storage upgrade are and S-drive basically bypass that by mapping everything directly to our own Amazon S3 buckets. As an admin the configuration vis the AppExchange was surprisingly painless.

Setting up the AWS credentials buckets policies and mapping out remote sites didn't require heavy developer hours which I appreciated for our Day-to-day user the UI is incredibly intuitive because it mimics a standard Window Explorer or macOS Finder style folder hierarchy right inside our account and Opportunity layouts. they don't have to deal with the messy flat structure of standard salesforce files. They can drag and drop, build deep subfolders, preview PDFs instantly and user S-URLs to securely share massive files with external client without worrying about Standard email attachment size limits. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about S-Drive?

Honestly. there are very few drawbacks to the tool, and the team is highly receptive to feedback if I had to point out something for improvement it's that the initial configurations require a solid understanding of AWS IAM policies and bucket permissions. IF you aren't familiar with Amazon 's backend it might take you a few extra minutes of reading the documentation to get everything mapped perfectly.

Additionally, on very rare occasions during high- traffic hours, rendering a live preview for an exceptionally large PDF can take an extra second or two it's completely manageable and doesn't disrupt our workflow, btu optimization for heavy file rendering would be a great bonus. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is S-Drive solving and how is that benefiting you?

We were rapidly approaching our Salesforce storage ceiling due to the sheer volume of compliance documents, legal PDFs, and assets our sales and services teams upload daily S-Drive completely eliminated that bottleneck by letting us scale infinitely on AWS pricing tiers instead of Salesforce's premium file rates.

Beyond the cost saving, it fundamentally solved our files organization nightmare. before these attachments were just floating around randomly on records with zero structure Now, we have automated standardized default folder template that populate the moments a new Opportunity is created it keeps our data clean ensures the team maintains compliance with audit trails and keeps everything centralized so nobody is hunting through email threads for the latest document version. "Seamless Salesforce Integration that Cuts Storage Costs"

4.5/5

What do you like best about S-Drive?

What I like best about S-Drive is how seamlessly it integrates with Salesforce and helps us manage large files without worrying about storage limits. At Kaleris, we started using S-Drive mainly to reduce our Salesforce storage costs, and it has worked really well for us.

The process has been smooth from the start. We were able to move files from Salesforce to S-Drive without any hassle, and whenever we need them, downloading or accessing those files is very reliable. It doesn’t feel like working with two separate systems.

Overall, it has given us a reliable and efficient way to handle file storage while also saving costs, which has been a big win for us. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about S-Drive?

One thing that could be improved in S-Drive is the overall user experience in certain areas. While the core functionality works well, there are times when the interface or navigation doesn’t feel intuitive, especially for new users. A bit more in-app guidance or documentation would make onboarding smoother. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is S-Drive solving and how is that benefiting you?

Since Salesforce storage can be quite expensive, and we receive a large volume of files from our customers, managing storage becomes costly. Moving these files to the S-Drive helps us handle this in a much more cost-efficient way. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Efficient File Management with Room for Improvement"

4.5/5

What do you like best about S-Drive?

I like how S-Drive ties files directly to Salesforce records, which makes accessing documents, images, and other files straightforward and organized. Sharing files via secure links is very convenient. I find it beneficial because instead of hunting through folders or asking teammates where something lives, I can just open the account or opportunity, and it's all there. S-Drive has been useful for handling large volumes of files and keeping everything centralized in our larger organization. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about S-Drive?

S-Drive does a lot well, but there are a few areas where it can feel a bit rough around the edges. One issue is performance consistency, especially with very large files or during peak usage. Uploads and previews can occasionally lag, which breaks the otherwise smooth workflow. Setting up S-Drive feels moderately complex. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is S-Drive solving and how is that benefiting you?

I use S-Drive to keep documents and files structured inside Salesforce, which simplifies file management. Files tied to records eliminate hunting through folders, and secure link sharing is convenient. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Efficient Collaboration and Strong Permission Controls"

4.5/5

What do you like best about S-Drive?

I find S-Drive valuable for its ease of sharing files within our company. I like the permission control system because it allows my company to track and manage day-to-day tasks effectively, granting and editing rights to facilitate collaboration without the worry of losing old versions. The data backup policy is also noteworthy; it ensures we don't have to worry about accidental deletion. Additionally, I've heard from colleagues that it's easy to get started with S-Drive, which is a bonus. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about S-Drive?

It only has some minor performance issues when working with large issues so it can be improved there Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is S-Drive solving and how is that benefiting you?

S-Drive simplifies file sharing and team collaboration. It allows easy access to files with right privileges, supports collaboration effortlessly, and offers data backups to prevent accidental loss. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Secure File Access and Management, but Collaboration Tools Need More Depth"

3.5/5

What do you like best about S-Drive?

Sdrive's best thing is that it provides a very secure file access and management, and document storage. This platform also focuses on data security and controlled file access, which is very helpful for us to store and maintain sensitive and private files. I also specifically like their simple interface, which is clean and their file sharing capability without any initial hassle setup. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about S-Drive?

This platform targets some advanced collaboration tools and features, but for the larger documents, it feels a bit limited. Also, their integrations and advanced workflow automation should be polished a bit more. Their pricing is also a bit higher when compared with similar competitive platforms. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is S-Drive solving and how is that benefiting you?

Sdrive solves the problem of securely sharing a large volume of data, within the team and external collaborators. This also has the feature of integrating with our internal email client as an attachment and tracking document security. Overall, this platform helps us in making sure that the files are transferred safely without losing control and traceability of it, which is a very effective and hassle-free experience. Because of it strict compliance infrastructure and terms, we could meet our own privacy standards and compliance and process internally. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Streamlined Document Management for Salesforce"

3.5/5

What do you like best about S-Drive?

I like how S-Drive seamlessly integrates with Salesforce, turning it into a reliable document management hub. It eliminates the hassle of Salesforce's native file-size limits and keeps all our files securely connected to the records we work with every day. It's intuitive and stable, so we don't have to switch between separate storage tools to access important documents. The strong permission controls and compliance-friendly structure give us peace of mind, especially with sensitive HR and client files. I also found the initial setup surprisingly straightforward, with no need for heavy IT involvement or custom coding. The quick installation from Salesforce AppExchange and the setup wizard made connecting storage, configuring folder structures, and setting permissions easy, aligning with our existing Salesforce profiles. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about S-Drive?

We’ve found that certain advanced folder permissions and automated workflow rules require more manual setup than we expected—there isn’t a very visual, drag-and-drop workflow builder for organizing files automatically based on record changes. A few more pre-built templates for common use cases like HR onboarding or client document management would also make it easier to get started quickly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is S-Drive solving and how is that benefiting you?

I use S-Drive to manage documents within Salesforce, overcoming file size limits, disorganized documents, and security issues. It integrates seamlessly with Salesforce, saving time, reducing manual errors, and providing strong permission controls for sensitive HR and client files. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Easy, Reliable, and Secure File Management"

4/5

What do you like best about S-Drive?

I use S-Drive mainly for secure file storage, backup, and sharing across my team. It helps us centralize important documents so everyone can access the latest versions anytime, from anywhere. With S-Drive, everything is stored in one secure place, so we no longer worry about losing important files or working on outdated versions. What I like most about S-Drive is its simplicity and reliability. The interface is easy to navigate, which makes uploading, organizing, and sharing files straightforward even for non-technical users. One additional thing I really enjoy about S-Drive is its consistency and stability. The platform performs well even when handling large files, and uploads and downloads are generally smooth without frequent interruptions. The simplicity of S-Drive makes it easy for the entire team to adopt without much onboarding or training. This simplicity helps everyone stay focused on their work rather than learning the tool. The initial setup of S-Drive was quite easy and straightforward. The platform is intuitive, so getting started didn’t require extensive technical knowledge or a long implementation process. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about S-Drive?

While S-Drive works well overall, there are a few areas that could be improved. One thing that stands out is the limited customization options in some areas, such as advanced folder settings or workflow automation. Another area for improvement is reporting and activity tracking. More detailed insights into file usage, access history, or storage analytics would be helpful for better monitoring and management, especially from an administrative perspective. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is S-Drive solving and how is that benefiting you?

I use S-Drive for secure file storage, backup, and sharing. It solves the problem of scattered file storage by centralizing documents, ensuring easy access, proper version control, and reducing data breach risks. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Reliable Storage with Accessibility, Needs Better Direct Editing"

3.5/5

What do you like best about S-Drive?

I like S-Drive for keeping my documents safe in case my laptop malfunctions, allowing me to access them from multiple devices. This is really helpful because I often write on my phone and just transfer it to S-Drive. I keep all my writing documents for my novel in one place. Even though the initial setup was a pain compared to Gdrive, I still like S-Drive despite the setup and learning curve. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about S-Drive?

I don't like that there's no strong built-in history, which makes it kinda hard to navigate. Also, it doesn't let me write directly inside it, so the process of first writing and then transferring is kinda tedious for me. Plus, the initial setup was a bit of a pain compared to using Gdrive, which was quite straightforward. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

4.5/5

What do you like best about S-Drive?

S-Drive doesn't just act as a middleware bridge; it shifts the heavy lifting entirely off the primary application platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about S-Drive?

i don't have any complains about S-Drive so far Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is S-Drive solving and how is that benefiting you?

By seamlessly offloading the file storage burden while keeping the files fully accessible within the interface, you eliminate the threat of sudden storage cap blockages and substantially reduce cloud infrastructure spend.
